| Global procurement,business outsourcing and other lean strategy not only bring profit growth to the enterprise,but also increase the risk of the supply chain.Changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise affect the stability of the supply chain.Once an uncontrollable situation occurs,the entire supply chain will stop functioning.As the most complex type of manufacturing industry,the development of large passenger aircraft is related to national economy and international influence.The development of large passenger aircraft in China is still in its infancy,mainly for foreign major manufacturers to provide parts such as airframe,involving planning management,procurement,manufacturing and other links.The complexity and vulnerability of its supply chain has also increased.In today’s complex domestic and international environment,reducing the losses caused by risk factors,supply chain risk management is particularly important.Based on the four processes of risk management,this paper first analyzes the existing problems of supply chain risk management in large aircraft body manufacturing companies by using the ideas and theories of industrial engineering,and analyzes the reasons.Secondly,combined with the principles and methods of risk factor identification,as well as supplier capacity and main manufacturer demand analysis,the steps of risk factor identification for large passenger aircraft manufacturing companies are given.Finally,combining the process analysis model and the improved SCOR model,the risk evaluation index is determined,and the supply chain risk evaluation system of large passenger aircraft manufacturing industry is established by using the improved entropy TOPSIS method.Taking a large airliner body manufacturing company as the research object,the supply chain risk evaluation system is applied.Using flow chart analysis and other risk identification methods identified 31 supply chain risk factors.Conducting a questionnaire survey on the risk and importance of the risk assessment indicators and make an empirical analysis to determine that the evaluation indicators are effective.The collected expert scores are converted into triangular fuzzy numbers,and the integrated weights of the indicators are calculated by the entropy weight method.The scores of each risk factor are ranked by the idea of TOPSIS ideal solution,and the different effects of each risk factor in risk assessment are analyzed.On the basis of risk identification and evaluation,combined with the idea of system dynamics,simulate software is used to simulate and predict the risk system of large passenger aircraft fuselage manufacturing supply chain.The causal loop diagram,stock flow diagram,input variables and function expressions are drawn to predict the occurrence value and trend of risk factors within 60 months,and the supply chain risk level is divided into 4 levels.Combined with the existing problems in the industry,suggestions for risk management and control are given to provide theoretical basis and reference for the risk management of large passenger aircraft supply chain. |
