Based On The "tourism +" Perspective, The Study On The Development Path Of Tourism Industry Integration In Shinan District Of Qingdao City

At present,the economic development emerges in the new normal,and the tourism industry also shows new characteristics.Resources integration,and industry convergence are inexorable trends of the tourism development.In the age of mass tourism,the contradiction between extensive supplying and quality demanding has become an important one of the tourism market.Based on the perspective of "tourism plus”,this paper completes the whole study of tourism industry integration,at the same time,elaborates this study combined with the tourism industry of Shinan District of Qingdao City,explores its multivariate innovation and fusion development of the tourism industry,cultural industry and other related industries,improves the innovation and competitiveness,and the role of the government during the process of integration development,the way to carry out the creative work,and the new path promoting the industrial structure optimization and upgrading,etc.This paper contains six parts,the introduction part mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research,at the same time,analyzes the related study of the international and domestic tourism industry integration,and "tourism plus".The main content of the chapter one arguments the related concepts and theoretical perspectives,including the concept and characters of the tourism industry,and the new characters under the new normal economy;the concept and meaning of "tourism plus";the concept and features of holistic tourism destinations development;the concept and the necessity of industrial convergence and tourism industry integration,and the application of the "tourism plus" in the tourism industry integration.In the second chapter,the paper elaborates the Michael Porter Diamond Model Theory,which is this paper’s basic theoretical.Chapter three introduces the current situation and the bottleneck of Shinan District of Qingdao City,and the problems existing in the process of financial convergence development,including the unbalanced development of space and industry,the lack of project interaction and the aging of service.Chapter four analyzes the guarantee role of the government factor in the development of tourism industry convergence,including the organizational leadership and system security,the policy guarantee mechanism,the fund safeguard mechanism,the tourism talent team,the planning system and the project management,the quality supervision and the market supervision systerm ect.In addition,this paper elaborates the experience of Shinandistrict government on promoting the tourism industry integration,aspect and so on,analyzes the problems of government existing in the development of tourism industry,including the lack of macro guidance and policy guidance,the needed improvement of the supply structure,and the absence of the tourism public service system,and the poor travel industry supervision mechanism.Chapter five elaborates the role of the government in promoting tourism industries’ development,puts forward the tourism industry integration development path of Shinan District of Qingdao City under the "tourism plus" perspective: firstly,insisting on planning and policy guidance,secondly,promoting tourism supply side reform,thirdly,construction the big landscape of cities and scenic spots,fourthly,expanding the tourism infrastructures and public service facillture and tourism,fifthly,improving theconstruction of tourism infrastructures and public service facilities,sixthly,improving the industry supervision mechanism and building up a standard market structure.
