Research On The Cultivation Of New Dynamic Energy For High-quality Development Of China’s Tourism Economy

At present,China’s economic development is in a critical period from quantitative to qualitative change,tourism as a pillar industry of the national economy,in the process of integrating into the national development strategy system,it is urgent to cultivate new momentum for tourism economic development,meet the personalized and high-end demand of tourism consumption through supply-side structural reform,and realize the upgrade of tourism consumption.At the same time,compared with the actual situation of new dynamics of tourism economic development,the theoretical study of new dynamics of tourism economic development is relatively lagging behind.Therefore,combined with the requirements of the era of high-quality development,it is of practical significance to conduct systematic research on the new dynamics of high-quality development of China’s tourism economy.As academic research on the quality development of the tourism economy and new dynamics continues to intensify.Drawing on the research of previous scholars,this paper compares the literature related to high-quality development of tourism economy and new dynamics of tourism economy from the theoretical level and elaborates its inner meaning.On this basis,it describes the specific performance of the new dynamic energy of high-quality development of tourism economy,and constructs an evaluation index system containing 10 dimensions of knowledge,talent,information,resources,technology,innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,24 driving factors and 43 specific indicators.It also uses spatial econometric statistics and barrier degree model to empirically study the spatial difference characteristics and spatial agglomeration characteristics of new dynamic energy in 30 provinces and regions from 2011 to 2020,as well as the spatial distribution evolution characteristics and barrier factors of each dimension.The findings of the study are specified as follows:(1)The level of new kinetic energy for the high-quality development of China’s tourism economy shows a trend of increasing year by year,with the western provinces improving faster than the eastern regions and the overall development toward balance.The overall difference in the level of new kinetic energy mainly comes from inter-regional differences,with high interregional disparities between the eastern region and the central,western and northeastern regions.(2)New kinetic energy has a significant positive spatial correlation,and this effect is weakening year by year.Most of the provinces in the eastern region show " H-H agglomeration" characteristics,while the provinces in the central region show "L-H agglomeration" characteristics,while most of the provinces in the western region show " L-L agglomeration".(3)In the cold and hot spot analysis,the hot spot area is mainly distributed in the southeast along the Yangtze River,while the cold spot area is mainly distributed in the western region and the cold spot area is gradually decreasing.(4)In terms of spatial directional distribution,the overall direction of the standard deviation ellipse of new kinetic energy is northeast-southwest and shows a discrete trend,with a trend of first discrete and then concentrated in the northwest-southeast direction.(5)In the evaluation analysis of each dimension,the evolutionary characteristics of the spatial distribution of the level of the ten dimensions show large inter-provincial differences.Uneven development of openness and innovation,and backward development of sharing are the main obstacle factors for the current improvement of the level of new dynamics in China.Based on the results of the empirical analysis of the new dynamics of high-quality development of the national tourism economy,this paper proposes the corresponding new dynamics cultivation path: Play the role of government guidance,strengthen the tourism mechanism reform;Accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and release the vitality of tourism enterprises;Establish multi-party cooperation mechanism and pay attention to tourism talent training;Promote regional coordinated development and broaden tourism opening channels;Stabilize the foundation of ecological environment and enrich tourism resources.
