| The innovation of agricultural science and technology is the key to the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Agricultural science and technology parks,as the carrier of innovative resources agglomeration,continuously release innovation benefits and scale benefits,and become the highland of innovation-driven development of modern agriculture.However,different parks have different abilities in the process of gathering innovation resources,producing innovation results,and finally realizing innovation output,resulting in uneven overall efficiency levels of each park.Therefore,the key to solve the problem is to formulate differentiated development strategies according to local conditions.In recent years,scholars have conducted a lot of research on park innovation,and mainly constructed evaluation index system of park innovation ability from different perspectives,which provides rich reference for analyzing the development status of parks.In the empirical analysis,resources,subjects and environment have been proved to strongly promote innovation in parks.However,existing studies tend to analyze the impact of system on innovation performance in parks from a single perspective,lacking a holistic perspective,and ignoring the discussion on the coupling and coordination of factors within parks.In addition,existing researches initially regard the innovation process as a "black box",but since the innovation process generally has the characteristics of multi-stage and value chain transmission,innovation value chain has become a powerful tool to study the innovation efficiency.However,how to apply this tool to examine the phased characteristics of park practice and take this as the analysis basis to further discuss the influence path of park efficiency? Existing research has been sparse.Therefore,based on the theory of innovation value chain and the practical characteristics of the park with obvious intermediate output and input,this paper divides the innovation value chain of the park into technological innovation stage and achievement transformation stage,so as to determine the link in which the improvement space of the innovation value chain of the park is located.Meanwhile,input and output indicators of each stage are set,and three-stage DEA is adopted to remove the influence of location factors.The phased efficiency value reflecting the management level of the park is obtained.On the basis of this,five previous factors are selected from "resource integration-innovation subject-internal environment",and the influence of innovation ecosystem on the innovation efficiency of Chinese agricultural science and technology parks is explored from the overall perspective by using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis.Specifically,it aims to solve two problems: First,how is the phased efficiency performance of each park? Where is the main room for improvement? Second,in different stages,what are the ways to promote and inhibit the campus to achieve high efficiency?The results show that(1)the improvement space of the overall innovation value chain of the parks is mainly in the stage of technology research and development.Compared with the "high level" parks,nearly half of the parks have a large room for improvement in R&D efficiency and conversion efficiency.(2)The innovation efficiency of the park has multiple concurrency,and any single dimension and condition cannot achieve high innovation efficiency.(3)The configurations with high R&D efficiency include resource-assisted enterprise R&D,resource-assisted knowledge R&D,resource enterprise comprehensive R&D and resource knowledge comprehensive R&D.(4)The configuration of high conversion efficiency can be divided into four types: resource-boosted knowledge transformation type,resource-boosted service transformation type,service knowledge comprehensive transformation type and service substitution transformation type.(5)The conditions affecting the innovation efficiency of the park are asymmetrical,and there are three reasons for the non-high innovation efficiency: low investment in research and development,non-comprehensive development and insufficient support for innovation and entrepreneurship services.(6)Under certain conditions,there is a certain substitution relationship between innovation subjects and internal environment in the innovation ecosystem of the park.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)The park should build a good park innovation ecosystem with the help of coordinated interaction of resources,subjects and environment.(2)Based on the local resource endowment,the appropriate development path should be selected from the resource-boosting,comprehensive and alternative types to promote the innovation ecosystem of the park to achieve high innovation efficiency. |
