Research On Symbiotic Evolution Model Of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem In Science And Technology Park Based On Innovation Efficiency

Entrepreneurial ecosystem is currently a hot research topic in academic and practical circles,and the idea of using ecological metaphor in its research has also been widely recognized.However,due to the fact that entrepreneurial ecosystems are often embodied in practical terms such as industrial clusters,regional clusters,organizational clusters,science and technology parks,and university entrepreneurship parks,their constituent elements are too complex and heterogeneous,and their research perspectives are relatively broad.In view of the regional boundedness of the entrepreneurial ecosystem,we should pay attention to the role of context in entrepreneurial research,emphasizing not only the contribution of entrepreneurial context to entrepreneurial theory(Zahra and Wright,2011),but also the practical significance of entrepreneurial context to entrepreneurial practice.China's science and technology park is a special situation(Zhang yuli,2014).science and technology park is an important component of the national innovation system.the background characteristics of its transformation and transformation are more due to national policies,alliance economy and sustainable development and other factors(pan Jianying,2012).As of 2019,China has established 169 national science and technology parks one after another,which are becoming an important carrier of independent innovation in China,gathering innovation elements and policy advantages conducive to the prosperity of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.However,the situational embedded research on the localization of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in science and technology parks urgently needs standardized case analysis and large-scale empirical analysis to enrich the existing research results.Through theoretical analysis and induction,the evolution law and symbiotic evolution mechanism of the entrepreneurial ecosystem are revealed,so as to better realize thetheoretical guidance and practice.This paper integrates the research results of entrepreneurship ecosystem at home and abroad,summarizes the current development status and research limitations of entrepreneurship ecosystem,and attempts to construct a reasonable entrepreneurship ecosystem and simulate its symbiotic evolution mechanism.Firstly,the stochastic frontier analysis method and the double difference method are used to measure the innovation efficiency of high-tech zones from the micro and macro levels respectively,and to test the impact of high-tech zones on the innovation efficiency of enterprises in the zones and on the development of regional economy.The virtual variable method is used to verify the policy allocation effect of tax policies.The rationality and effectiveness of establishing an entrepreneurial ecosystem will be verified by testing the innovation efficiency and policy efficiency of high-tech zones.Thirdly,construct the symbiotic evolution model of entrepreneurial ecosystem,and computer simulation method is used to deduce the symbiotic evolution model of entrepreneurial ecosystem,so as to understand the operation mode of each subject and define the symbiotic relationship among the subjects.Finally,the model is applied to the northeast region,mainly taking Jilin province as an example to explore the development of northeast entrepreneurial ecosystem and draw inspiration.Innovation is the source of economic growth and an important support for China's economic transformation.A good business environment and the integration of social resources to promote the effective implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy are of great significance.Especially for the northeast region,pillar industries are too heavy and traditional,which to some extent hinders the economic development of the northeast region.The successful implementation of the all-round revitalization strategy of the Northeast cannot only rely on the support of the government,but must start to promote the economic development of the whole Northeast region from its own development power.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to test the Northeast Economic Zone by constructing the symbioticevolution model of the entrepreneurial ecosystem,which can explain the development model of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Northeast Economic Zone and the adaptive evolution path of the regional economic system.
