Evaluation And Research On Innovation Ability Of Yangling Agricultural Science And Technology Park

With the progress of agricultural production,agricultural technology demand and acquisition mode has also undergone tremendous changes.From the beginning of the end of 1980 s,the agricultural science and Technology Park as a new product,developed rapidly in China.China's agricultural science and technology park the main functions include 7 aspects of experiment and demonstration,production,deep processing,boutique business incubators,radiation driven,education and training,leisure and sightseeing etc..In the era of innovation under the background of China's social economy has maintained a rapid growth rate,it is self-evident importance of innovation in the development.The agricultural science and Technology Park Innovation combining the development of agricultural industry,agricultural inputs and other aspects of the technology innovation and agricultural informatization,agricultural mechanization and other aspects of the application of innovation.Therefore,to construct a set of evaluation of agricultural science and Technology Park Innovation Ability of scientific and reasonable system to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the park innovation development,and then find out the existence of agricultural science and technology park innovation capacity building,so as to better promote the cultivation and development of agricultural science and Technology Park Innovation ability.Based on the enterprise management theory as a guide to Yang ling agricultural science and technology park innovation ability as the research object,based on the relevant literature and on-the-spot investigation,system analysis of Yang ling agricultural science and technology park innovation ability elements.In this paper,the author firstly constructs an evaluation system for the innovation capability of Yang ling agricultural science and technology park from the three aspects of innovation principal system,innovation support system and innovation output system,which forms a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation system of innovation capability of 35 indicators.Secondly,in order to further improve the discrimination ability of index data,this paper uses the method of rational analysis and quantitative analysis to identify and screen 35 indicator data,and finally forms an innovative capacity evaluation system with 18 indicators as the main influencing factor,and the evaluation system of innovation ability of Yang ling agricultural science park is determined.Finally,this paper uses factor analysis method,through the principal component analysis(pca)and orthogonal rotation method,get the factor loading matrix and the factor score matrix;After the observation of the characteristic value and the cumulative contribution rate,the number of common factors is 3,which is named as co-innovation factor,technology support factor and innovation performance factor.Then,using the method of regression analysis,the scores and comprehensive scores of public factors in Yang ling agricultural science park and other nine cities in the western region were calculated,and then the level of innovation ability of Yang ling agricultural science and technology park was evaluated and the main indicators affecting its innovation ability were evaluated.The results show that the influence of collaborative innovation factor,technology support factor and innovation performance factor on innovation ability of Yang ling agricultural science park is different from year to year.The comprehensive factor score of the innovation ability of Yang ling agricultural science and technology park has been increasing in the last five years,and the innovation ability of the agricultural science and technology parks in ten cities in the western region is at the middle level.
