The Influence Of Collaborative Innovation Network On The Value Creation Of Agricultural Science And Technology Park

Scientific and technological innovation is the strategic support for achieving self-reliance in science and technology at a high level.It is also the primary security guarantee for maintaining Chinese-style modernization.It must be placed at the core of China’s overall development.In the report of the Party’s 20 th Congress,it was clearly put forward that "to speed up the construction of agricultural power,we must strengthen the support of agricultural science and technology".Agricultural science and technology parks,as innovative heights of research and development and transfer and transformation of agricultural high-tech achievements,play an important role in realizing the focus of advantageous industries with regional characteristics,promoting rural reform and innovation,and driving farmers to increase their income and get rich.By 2022,Sichuan now has 11 state-level agricultural science and technology parks,14 provincial agricultural science and technology demonstration parks and 51 provincial agricultural science and technology parks.In reality,the mode of agricultural science and technology innovation has been transformed from "four-technology contract,scholar elite and team" to carry out agricultural science and technology service and promote science and technology innovation in the early stage to the mode of "cross-organizational boundary,cross-regional,multi-agent innovation collaborative network".Therefore,building an innovation platform inside the agricultural science and technology park and forming a collaborative innovation network has become an important focus for optimizing the allocation of agricultural science and technology resources,improving the efficiency of science and technology innovation in the park,and promoting the construction of China into an agricultural power.In the process of coordinating various innovation subjects within the agricultural science and technology park to jointly establish the collaborative innovation network,the channels to obtain resources,technology and knowledge are shared with the collaborative innovation members,but they cannot be immediately transformed into conditions that affect the effectiveness of value creation.This paper tries to answer the following questions:Does and how does the formation of collaborative innovation network affect value creation in agricultural science and technology parks? Does innovation capability play a mediating role between collaborative innovation network and value creation? Does park governance structure play a moderating role between collaborative innovation network and innovation capability? This paper tries to clarify the indirect mechanism of collaborative innovation network and value creation in agricultural science and technology parks,so as to provide theoretical support for agricultural science and technology parks to achieve the goal of innovation highland.This paper draws on the theory of innovation ecosystem and takes collaborative innovation network as the entry point to construct the theoretical logic of "innovation subject-innovation function-innovation benefit under the innovation environment".In addition,based on the research status of agricultural science and technology parks and the historical evolution,spatial and industrial characteristics of scientific and technological innovation in agricultural science and technology parks in Sichuan province,this paper sorted out the internal logic of collaborative innovation network and value creation in agricultural science and technology parks.To construct the theoretical analysis framework of "Collaborative innovation network-innovation capability-value creation under the governance structure of agricultural science and technology parks".This study obtained a large number of relevant data through field investigation and electronic questionnaire survey of agricultural science and technology parks in Sichuan Province,and conducted empirical research through descriptive statistical analysis of samples and variables,reliability and validity test of variables,correlation analysis between variables,multiple regression analysis of variable relations and other methods.Firstly,180 questionnaires were used to explore the influence mechanism between collaborative innovation network and value creation in agricultural science and technology parks.Secondly,the mediating role of innovation capability and its two dimensions,exploratory innovation capability and exploitative innovation capability,between collaborative innovation network and value creation is discussed.Thirdly,the moderating effect of park governance structure on the influence of collaborative innovation network on innovation capability is discussed.Finally,the empirical results are analyzed,and the research conclusions are drawn,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Building an innovation platform and forming a collaborative innovation network within the agricultural science and technology park can accelerate the efficient utilization of innovation resources,promote the output of innovation results and the achievement of innovation,so as to increase the income of farmers in the park;(2)The collaborative innovation network plays a positive role of different innovation capabilities,which can improve the overall level of scientific and technological innovation in agricultural science and technology parks,so as to establish the core competitiveness of agricultural development in the parks;(3)The collaborative innovation network optimization of the governance structure of the park can help the reform and innovation of agriculture and rural areas and enhance the innovation ability,so as to achieve the strategic goal of R&D of agricultural high-tech achievements,transfer and transformation of innovation highland.Based on the above research conclusions,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,accelerate the construction of innovation platform within the park,promote the construction of trans-organizational boundaries,trans-regional,multi-subject collaborative innovation network of agricultural science and technology parks;Second,accelerate agricultural high-tech research and development and the transformation of achievements,and promote the adaptive adjustment of exploitative innovation capacity to exploratory innovation capacity;Third,accelerate the optimization and adjustment of the governance structure of the park,and promote the transformation of the governance of the park from "unified" to "diversified".
