Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Xichang Grape Industry

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned that in implementing the rural revitalization strategy,we must always make solving problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers the top priority in the Party’s work.The20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned that promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way,developing industries with rural characteristics,and expanding the channels for farmers to increase their income and get rich.The No.1Central Document in 2023 points out that the government should promote the high-quality development of rural industries,cultivate new industries and new forms of business in rural areas,expand the industries enriching the people in counties,and support the creation of strong agricultural towns,modern agricultural industrial parks and advantageous industrial clusters.Because of its unique geographical location and climatic conditions,Xichang has unique conditions for grape growth.Since 2016,the area under grape cultivation has increased rapidly.Because of the quick effect and high income,grape industry has gradually become the leading and characteristic industry in Xichang agricultural industry structure.However,the rapid development of Xichang grape industry is accompanied by various problems.In order to better promote the healthy development of the grape industry in Xichang city and support the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization in Xichang City,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of the grape industry in Xichang City based on investigation and research,and seeks countermeasures to solve these problems,so as to promote the efficient and high-quality development of the grape industry in Xichang City,realize the prosperity of the agricultural industry,and drive farmers to innovate and get rich.This paper adopts the methods of literature reading,interview survey,questionnaire survey,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the current situation,problems and causes of Xichang grape industry,focusing on the industry standardization degree,mechanization degree,technology application,industry chain,sales model and high-quality talent team of Xichang grape industry.The study found that the lack of standardization,low degree of mechanization,few scientific and technological elements,insufficient extension of the industrial chain,backward sales model and lack of high-quality personnel limited the development of the grape industry towards high efficiency and high quality.The factors affecting the development of grape industry in Xichang are technology,production concept,production mode and policy.Finally,in view of the problems in the development of Xichang grape industry,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First,strengthen the standardization of the grape industry and improve the quality of fruit;Second,to improve the level of mechanization,the construction of science and technology intelligent grape industry;The third is to extend the grape industry chain and promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary production;Fourth,expand sales channels and develop modern sales models;Fifth,attach importance to the training and reserve of high-quality personnel.
