Modernization Research On The "production" And "industry" Of Turpan Grapes

The Turpan area is a famous grape town in China and has a long history of viticulture.Turpan’s traditional grape production knowledge is the production technology that Turpan farmers gradually created in order to adapt to the local natural environment during the grape production activities.In this unique environment,local people choose vineyards and irrigation techniques for grapes.The indigenous methods used in the prevention and control of grape pests,the maintenance of soil fertility,the storage and harvesting of grapes,the harvesting,the opening of vines and the vines reflect the hard work and wisdom of the Turpan people.With the development of the times,advanced and convenient production techniques and scientific concepts are constantly pouring into the production of Turpan grapes.These production techniques and concepts have played a certain role in the modernization of the Turpan grape industry.However,in recent years,there have been some problems between the production of traditional grapes in Turpan and the modern production in the production process,especially in the case of using traditional grape production methods to produce grapes or using modern science and technology to produce grapes.This thesis analyzes the development status of the grape industry in Turpan,and mainly discusses the promotion effect of the modern grape technology to the Turpan grape industry and the supplement of traditional production knowledge during the grape production process,as well as some problems between the two.
