Research On The Path Of Agricultural Workers’ Participation In The Integration Of Winery And Grape Industry In The Eighth Division

The prosperity of rural industry is one of the important ways to solve the "three rural" problems and promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.With the continuous improvement of China’s overall economic level,the development of rural economy in the mode of industrial integration is the "booster" to achieve rural revitalization.At the same time,how to improve farmers’ income,fully mobilize farmers’ enthusiasm for production,and help farmers better participate in the integration of agricultural industries has become a hot topic of current rural economic development research.Shihezi reclamation area of the eighth division has good natural climate conditions,which provides guarantee for the production of high-quality wine grapes.The rural industrial integration development is considered as the most direct means for farmers to participate in the industrial chain cooperation.With the deepening of the rural industrial integration development,how to effectively activate the farmers’ subjectivity,realize the two-way interaction between the industrial integration development and farmers’ participation,and let farmers more share the value-added income of the industry,so as to promote the high-quality development of the wine and grape industry in the Eighth Division Reclamation Area,Thus,providing impetus for the revitalization of local villages has become the key issue to be studied at present.The overall objective of this study is to provide suggestions for further strengthening the participation of agro-industry in the development of wine and grape industry integration through the analysis of the path of agro-industry in the process of wine and grape industry integration in the Eighth Division and its effects under different integration path choices.Therefore,the core issue of this study is: How do farmers and workers participate in the integration of the wine and grape industry of the Eighth Division? Through what integration path? What are the effects of different participation paths? What factors will affect the decision of farmers and workers to participate in the integration path of the wine and grape industry of the Eighth Division? Firstly,the basic situation of the development and industrial integration of the wine grape industry in the Eighth Division was analyzed through investigation and statistics;Secondly,aiming at the path of agricultural workers’ participation in industrial integration in the Eighth Division,the thesis uses case analysis to explore the problems affecting the path of agricultural workers’ participation in the integration of wine and grape industry;Thirdly,on the basis of the above research,using the method of cross statistical analysis,in-depth analysis of the key factors that affect the participation of farmers and workers in the decision-making of the eighth division’s wine and grape industry integration path and put forward solutions combined with the problems.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The integration and development of the wine and grape industry of the Eighth Division is in the ascendant stage,and the main paths for agro-industry to participate in the integration are: the extension and integration path of agricultural industrial chain,the expansion and integration path of agricultural multi-function,and the integration path of science and technology penetration;(2)The 8th Division’s agro-industry participation in the integration of wine and grape industry has achieved certain results,but each path has its shortcomings.The interest connection mechanism is not close enough,making the participation of agro-industry not high;(3)The factors that affect the choice of the integration path of the eighth division’s agro-industrial participation mainly include planting risk factors,agro-industrial personal factors,sales factors,business entity layout factors and policy factors.Based on the above problems,the corresponding solutions were put forward in an exploratory way,which provided a reference for promoting the sustainable development of the agricultural workers of the Eighth Division to participate in the integration of wine and grape industry and accelerating the effective implementation of promoting the revitalization of rural industry.
