A Research On Optimization Of Material Procurement Management In Xinda Company

After more than 40 years’ high speed development of China’s socialist market economy,the trend that the focus of the market turning from the vendor’s side to the buyer’s side is becoming more and more clear,followed by the procurement management of enterprises has become more and more important.However,the market environment and enterprise conditions are constantly changing,and the theories related to procurement management are constantly emerging.The previous procurement management theory may not be suitable for the current enterprise environment.Therefore,enterprises need to find a set of procurement management methods suitable for their own development in combination with their own current situation.This dissertation discusses the procurement management of enterprises under the background of supply chain management.The main content is to put forward solutions according to the different importance and supply complexity of various purchased materials according to the supply chain procurement management and Kraljic matrix theory,and put forward the classification methods of materials and suppliers according to the different degrees of material importance and supply risk,so as to put forward the combination of enterprise procurement management strategies.On the basis of studying and quoting the theories of purchasing management under background of supply chain raised by scholars,combined with the situations of material procurement management existing in Xinda company,this dissertation analyzes the actual problems in material procurement of Xinda company,and studies the current strategy of material classified procurement of Xinda company.Put forward a feasible solution to the procurement limitations and bottlenecks faced by Xinda company under the actual production and operation;At the same time,according to the supply chain management theory and Kraljic procurement matrix theory,this paper constructs the material procurement matrix of Xinda company,designs the management strategy of various material procurement of Xinda company,classifies the current various material suppliers,and puts forward the corresponding procurement management strategy.The author believes that the research content of this dissertation provides an idea for Xinda company to solve the current problem of material and supplier positioning and improve the level of material procurement management and supplier management.At the same time,it also has a certain positive reference value for other enterprises in the same industry.
