According to latest figures released by the Ministry of Public Security,as of September 2018,China had ranked first in the world for the third consecutive year in terms of production and sales of new energy vehicles.As a major manufacturer of new energy battery packs,WP has been seen rapid growth over the past three years,.However,it has not brought a rapid increase in profits.Supplier development,procurement management and other management systems of WP cannot meet the continuous growth of vehicle supply and customer demand.Through combing the current situation of purchasing management of WP Company,on the basis of understanding and grasping the relevant contents of the enterprise's competitive strategy in a comprehensive and systematic way,a systematic optimization scheme of purchasing management is put forward.Firstly,in order to solve the problem of narrow positioning and lack of target,the thesis proposes a design plan of systematically improvement,including the matching of strategic objective and strategic target and competitive strategy,structure of purchasing department.Secondly,based on the existing problems such as imperfect purchasing strategy and vague business focus,a scientific model of procurement business is constructed based on Karajak matrix model to realize the re-classification and positioning of procurement business.Thirdly,in the process of optimization and adjustment of procurement strategy,we pay full attention to the low level of supplier management,and make relevant measures to guide and help suppliers to optimize their management mechanisms,and build more scientific and effective relationship management.Finally,the concrete effect of the optimization scheme is evaluated and analyzed,and the scientificity and validity of the optimization scheme are fully affirmed,thus providing a more efficient and reliable tool for the improvement purchasing management level and the scientific control of purchasing cost,so as to satisfy the enterprise strategy. |
