If enterprises want to maintain flexibility,adaptability and innovation in a turbulent market environment,they cannot leave the collective wisdom of their employees.However,in the eastern situation with the principles of "silence is gold" and "careful in words and actions",employees are not willing to take the initiative to say everything from their superiors and colleagues about the information that is crucial to the enterprise.Past research shows that the scholars constantly studied the influence factors of employee recommendations,but these studies are mostly based on formal work scenarios,legal compliance task characteristics under related discussion,did not consider the enterprise of compliance task may have negative effects on employee behavior behavior.In order to improve the enthusiasm of enterprise employee behavior,this study never the perspective of compliance task,using the structure equation research method,build a regulatory mediation model,to explore in the enterprise widespread compliance task is how to inhibit employee behavior,and the psychological distance as an intermediary variable further reveal the internal mechanism of employee behavior behavior,and tested the inclusive leadership in regulation.Through the literature,this study first summarizes and analyzes the non-compliance task,psychological distance,inclusive leadership,staff behavior of four core variables research status,and build the theoretical framework and model of this study,through the questionnaire data collection method to obtain sample data of this study,in Beijing,Tianjin,Shandong and other provinces and cities of employees got 306 valid questionnaires,finally using AMOS22.0 and SPSS 23.0 software for sample data analysis,the study results show that:(1)non-compliance task negatively affect employee behavior.(2)Psychological distance plays an intermediary role in the process of non-compliance tasks affecting employees’ behavior behavior.(3)Inclusive leaders play a negative role in regulating the relationship between non-compliance tasks that positively affects the psychological distance of employees.(4)Inclusive leaders play a negative role in regulating the indirect effects of non-compliance tasks on employees ’behavior behavior through psychological distance,that is,the stronger the effect of inclusive leadership style,the weaker the negative impact of non-compliance tasks on employees’ behavior behavior through psychological distance.Finally,according to the practical needs of enterprise management to improve the enthusiasm of employees’ voice behavior,this paper puts forward the corresponding management countermeasures based on the tested theoretical model and the relevant research conclusions.Specific management suggestions are put forward for enterprises,including the perceived control of non-compliance tasks,the utilization of psychological distance effect,and the utilization of inclusive leadership style,so as to provide corresponding guidance and reference for the daily management of the enterprise,and promote employees to actively contribute their wisdom to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
