| In the era of big data,talents are the first resource.Actively listening to employees’ suggestions can provide internal growth and development power for enterprises.Enterprises should have a strong ability to absorb and actively support the labor market.However,there is still great resistance to the advice behavior of the new generation of post-90 s employees,which is closely related to the leadership style of their superiors.Therefore,this paper intends to explore the influence mechanism of inclusive leadership on employees’ suggestion behavior in the context of Chinese culture,in order to have a certain practical guiding significance for the improvement of employees’ suggestion mechanism.Based on the above discussion,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the impact of inclusive leadership on employee advice,and analyzes the mediating effect of organizational support atmosphere and employee safety perception.Through 696 pairs of leader employee pairing questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)inclusive leadership has a positive impact on the promotional and inhibitory advice of the new generation of post-90 s employees;(2)Inclusive leadership has a positive impact on employees’ perception of psychological security;(3)Employees’ perception of psychological safety has a positive impact on the promoting and restraining suggestions of the new generation of post-90 s employees;(4)Employees’ psychological security perception plays an intermediary role between inclusive leadership and the voice behavior of the new generation of post-90 s employees;(5)Organizational support atmosphere has a positive impact on the promotional and inhibitory advice behavior of the new generation of post-90 s employees;(6)Organizational support atmosphere positively regulates inclusive leadership and the promotion and inhibition of the new generation of post-90 s employees. |
