Research On Resilience Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Rural Industry Development Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Resilient development of rural industries is an important core of rural industrial revitalization,a key move to promote structural reform on the supply side of agriculture,and has significant positive spillover effects on the development of rural industries.Based on rural revitalisation,the resilient development of rural industries has become more and more significant,especially in recent years when international relations,market volatility,the new crown epidemic and other uncertain events continue to interfere with the impact of the current situation,building a higher quality,more sustainable,more resilient and safer rural industrial system has become a major problem that needs to be thought about at present.At present,with the more pressing constraints on resources and the environment,the further erosion of the national demographic dividend and the slowdown of the economic value-added of rural industries,many scholars have explored ways to effectively respond to the current and future risk crises that have emerged or may emerge in rural industries.In this thesis,we start from the issue of rural industries coping with internal and external risk disturbance shocks,introduce the theory of resilience to the sustainable development of rural industries,attempt to use the theory of resilience to construct a hierarchical model of the resilient development of rural industries,and then through the empirical study of cases,with a view to solving the problem of rural industries being able to recover quickly from risk disturbance shocks,and promoting the sustainable development of rural industries.This thesis investigates three aspects: firstly,after analysing the practical dilemmas faced by the resilient development of rural industries in the context of rural revitalisation,it constructs an explanatory framework and an evaluation index system for the resilient development of rural industries.Secondly,it combines theoretical research with case studies and conducts an empirical study on two townships.Thirdly,it summarises the resilient development of rural industries in the context of rural revitalisation by combining the research results and the development history of the two townships.optimization strategies.The first part of the article starts from the background and significance of the study,and composes the literature on foreign resilience research from the influencing factors,rural policies and rural construction,the resilience assessment measures of disasters,the stage evolution of rural resilience,the influence of rural policies on resilience and the strategies for enhancing the resilience of rural economy,both of which form a literature review,and finally elaborates the main research content and the research technical line of this article.The second part defines the two core concepts of resilience and rural industrial resilience,and then theoretically elaborates and analyses the implications of the adaptive cycle theory,coordinated development theory and sustainable development theory,so as to lay a good foundation for the subsequent research;the third part constructs an evaluation index system for the development of rural industrial resilience in the context of rural revitalization.On the basis of comprehensive theoretical studies and real-life dilemmas at home and abroad,the perspective is focused on the construction of the evaluation system for the resilient development of rural industries,an explanatory framework for the evaluation of the resilience of rural industries is constructed,and the evaluation index system is built using the AHP analysis method;the fourth part analyses the industrial development dilemmas and path adjustments of two townships,Cenhe Township and Futiansi Township,and carries out quantitative analysis in conjunction with the evaluation index system.It points out the future main directions for the development of rural industries in the two townships;the fifth part puts forward optimisation strategies in six aspects,including the construction of a diversified modern agricultural industrial system,agricultural infrastructure investment,comprehensive management of agricultural surface pollution,agricultural risk management,development of a new rural collective economy,agricultural science and technology innovation and talent gathering.
