Study On The Evaluation And Optimization Of Rural Financial Ecology In Enshi Tujia And Miao Autonomous Prefecture Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

As rural finance is the key to modern rural economic development,only a good rural financial ecology can ensure the sustainable development of rural finance,which is conducive to promoting rural economic development and improving farmers' living standards.The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is an important strategic plan made by the CPC at the 19 th national congress of the CPC.The wuling mountain area is one of the 14 contiguous poverty-stricken areas and poverty alleviation areas supported by our country.It is located in enshi tujia and miao autonomous prefecture(hereinafter referred to as enshi prefecture).Restricted by geographical location and many other factors,the development level of rural finance is more backward than that of the whole country.This paper takes the main content of the rural revitalization strategy as the starting point,and chooses enshi prefecture,which is located in the minority mountainous area of central and western China,as the research object.Based on the data published in enshi statistical yearbook and hubei financial yearbook,this paper analyzes the status quo of rural financial ecology in enshi prefecture.Secondly,combined with the strategy of rejuvenating rural cross two policy,from the prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,life rich the index of 25 five levels of evaluation index system of the rural financial ecology,on the basis of enshi eight counties and cities of the data,using the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to the comprehensive evaluation of the relevant data in 2018 would be calculated the enshi rural financial ecological construction in the top three,respectively is lichuan city,Enshi,Xuanen.The results show that,according to the comprehensive score of rural financial ecology of eight counties and cities in enshi prefecture,the rural financial ecological environment of each county and city in enshi prefecture is different and needs to be further improved.At the same time,to improve the rural financial ecological level of enshi prefecture,from the perspective of standards,the key and difficult point is the prosperity of industry and rich life,only through effective financial regulation,stimulate the revitalization of industry,can finally realize the prosperity of life and rural revitalization.From the point of index layer,loans to total contribution rate of economic growth,fiscal revenue growth rate,coverage rate of rural financial institutions,rural Internet financial participation and types of rural finance,rural financial asset growth rate index is higher,can from the above indexes were optimized,so as to better practice rural revitalization strategy.
