Almost all multinational companies big failure are almost always just ignorecultural differences-basic or subtle understanding incurred the results. Significantlyincreased number of German investment in China in recent years and rapid growth,China has become the largest trading partner of Germany in Asia, the study ofcross-cultural management issues of the German-owned enterprises in China haveimportant theoretical and practical significance.
