With the development of China,the reform and opening up has made great achievements in the past 40 years."Going out" has become a national strategy.More and more enterprises are going out,and cross-cultural management problems will be encountered in the daily operation.This paper takes the China-African joint venture G company as the research object,hoping to find out the causes and problems of cross-culture,give reasonable solution suggestions,and provide cross-cultural integration suggestions for "going out" enterprises.This paper studies the cross-cultural management of G company through questionnaire survey,literature analysis,statistical analysis,and the author’s personal experience in G company.This article starts with the relevant literature analysis,through the distribution and recovery of cross-cultural management questionnaires in G company,using SPSS20.0 software to analyze the recycling data,understand the status of cross-cultural management of G company,and the values and thinking of employees from both sides In-depth research on the status of cross-cultural management of G Company in terms of methods,communication,work concept,management mode and training incentives.Through research,it is found that G company has no common business objectives in cross-cultural management;the "double-general" management model has its drawbacks;it is difficult to make decisions and implementation;This paper analyzes the reasons for cultural differences,differences in values,differences in management thinking and behavior,and finally proposes improvements to cross-cultural management of G company.This paper believes that the implementation of cross-cultural management by G Company should establishcommon corporate values among Chinese and African employees;strengthen communication and training among cross-cultural employees;optimize internal management and optimize human resource management.
