Research On The Development Strategy Of The "Future Village" Scene Construction In Changdai Village, Hangzhou

Building future rural areas is an important lever for Zhejiang Province to continuously deepen the "Ten Million Project" and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Zhejiang Province has clearly defined the future rural construction path of "One Unification,Three Modernizations,and Nine Scenarios",requiring party building as the leadership,people-oriented,ecological,and digital as the construction direction,to create nine major scenes of future industry,style,culture,neighborhood,health,low-carbon,transportation,intelligence,and governance,and focus on building new rural communities that lead digital life experiences,present future elements,and showcase the charm of Jiangnan.On the basis of sorting out future rural policies,this article focuses on studying the strategies for the construction of future rural scenes in Changdai Village,Hangzhou,which is of great significance for promoting the development of future rural scene construction in Changdai Village.Firstly,the details and value of the theme were developed,and domestic and foreign research was summarized.And the relevant concepts used in this article have been defined,providing a theoretical basis for the following discussion.Secondly,it introduced the overview of Changdai Village in Hangzhou,where the case was selected,as well as the actual situation of the construction of the 11 th scene in Changdai Village.Once again,based on the analysis of the natural,cultural,and artistic resources of Changdai Village,the difficulties it faces in rural scene construction are pointed out.Finally,in response to the problems identified in the field investigation,development suggestions were proposed from enhancing scene integration,improving venue coverage,enhancing brand and culture,and creating an aesthetic education village that integrates tea art.Planning the future rural scene construction is a systematic measure and logical extension of building a new home of quality life in the new era.This paper starts with Changdai Village of Hangzhou,one of the first pilot villages for the future village construction in Zhejiang Province,and studies its future village scene construction strategies,which can provide new planning ideas for the implementation of the village vitalization strategy and the future village scene construction,and is of great significance and value for promoting the sustainable development of Changdai Village in the future.
