The Scientific Research And Development In Xiaogang Village Under The New Historical Conditions

Under the new historical conditions mainly studies the history, experience and lessons when Xiaogang village attempts to build a new socialist Xiaogang village guided by Scientific Development and the principles and policies of the party since the16th national congress of the CPC, adhering to Scientific Development, supported by individual party organizations, governments and the society, and also try to draw some revelatory conclusions.There are two paths to research and writing for the thesis:The one is to study the process that after entering the new century, especially after the Scientific Development being put forward, led by the party organization and village committee, adhering to Scientific Development and the development plan of the Xiaogang village, Xiaogang village works and pulls together, sticks to the development requirements of "Four Ideal Type Village", builds an all-around Xiaogang village, changes the slow and relatively lagging development for some time and obtains the fundamental change, and to make a basic evaluation and judgment on the struggle course of this period.The other is to study how Xiaogang village enriches and perfects Scientific Development after the18th national congress of the CPC, especially in2020s, to study the development plan for building new village high standards,"Four Ideal Type Village", the specific development aim and work task proposed, and several important relations needing to handle. In the paper, the author takes the reform and development of Xiaogang village as the example, and studies and analyzes several theoretical questions that Scientific Development is the basic principles of Marxism; studies and analyzes the questions that as the model of China’s rural reform and opening up under the socialist market economy, Xiaogang village how to realize the Xiaogang Village Dream under new historical condition and continue to play a demonstration effect etc.
