In recent years,the state has issued more and more relevant policies to promote the development of rural e-commerce,such as promoting "Internet + Action",implementing "e-commerce poverty alleviation",and selecting "demonstration counties".In such a favorable policy environment,although e-commerce started late in rural China,but it developed rapidly.At present,rural e-commerce has become one of the important forces to promote agricultural modernization.With the rapid development of e-commerce in China’s rural areas,various challenges and constraints faced by its high-quality development are gradually highlighted.The rural e-commerce in Xinxiang City still has the problems of unbalanced development,such as the lack of talents for rural e-commerce development,imperfect logistics system and imperfect marketing system.Therefore,the correct and reasonable evaluation of the existing policies can better adjust and guide the development of rural e-commerce scientifically.This study is based on the perspective of rural electricity practitioners and enterprises,using the questionnaire and statistical analysis of Xinxiang rural e-commerce policy field research,through the questionnaire form of Xinxiang hui Xi’an,changyuan county and fengqiu county rural e-commerce practitioners and enterprise sampling survey,face-to-face interview form supplement related questions.Collect data and analyze the implementation effect of policies from three dimensions:cognitive participation,satisfaction and social impact of rural e-commerce promotion policies.After data analysis,the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the implementation effect of rural e-commerce promotion policies in Xinxiang City,and the following conclusions are obtained: the awareness of rural e-commerce promotion policies in Xinxiang City needs to be improved;the participation of rural e-commerce promotion policies in Xinxiang City;the evaluation of e-commerce promotion policies is satisfactory;the introduction of e-commerce professionals needs to be strengthened;the lack of supporting funds and loans in Xinxiang City;the single rural e-commerce model in Xinxiang City,which affects the sustainable development.The following optimization measures are proposed: strengthen the publicity of rural e-commerce promotion policy;accelerate the training of rural e-commerce talents and encourage talents to return to their hometown;focus on the construction of rural brands and increase the support of local rural e-commerce platform;comprehensively improve the e-commerce poverty alleviation policy;increase the existing policy support and pay attention to the careful implementation;exert the government economic function and provide financial support to provide some reference for the optimization and improvement of rural e-commerce promotion policies in the future. |
