Research On The Evaluation Of The Implementation Effect Of Investment Attraction Policy In D City High-tech Zone

In the past 40 years,the achievements of D city high-tech zone can not be separated from the investment attraction of big projects and excellent projects.The evaluation of the implementation effect is the necessary prerequisite for adjusting and improving the investment promotion policy.In this paper,the data of D high-tech zone from 2016 to 2020 are taken as the research object,and the effect evaluation of the policy of attracting investment is taken as the research starting point,the result of the evaluation of the effect of the policy of attracting investment in D City high-tech zone is obtained and the overall evaluation of the policy is made.The research shows that there are some questions in the implementation of the policy of attracting investment in D Hi-tech Zone,which make the policy fail to achieve the expected effect and have a big gap.At last,according to the questions found in the evaluation of the effect of the policy implementation of attracting investment in D City high-tech zone,and with reference to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward three optimization strategies for the policy implementation of attracting investment in D City high-tech zone,that is,for D City high-tech zone investment policy system optimization recommendations,for D City high-tech zone investment policy implementation system optimization recommendations and for D City high-tech zone investment policy implementation of the protection system.The suggestions for optimizing the policy system of attracting investment in D City high-tech zone include promoting the implementation of the policy of economic transformation and upgrading,strengthening the financial incentive and guidance,and perfecting the supporting service system of attracting investment;The suggestions to perfect the implementation system of D City high-tech zone investment policy include propaganda,implementation,feedback and monitoring of Implementation;The countermeasures to perfect the guarantee system of the policy implementation of attracting investment in D City high-tech zone include strengthening the fund guarantee of the policy implementation,doing well the talent guarantee of the policy implementation,perfecting the institutional guarantee of the policy implementation.
