| Rural homestays are a combination of rural leisure vacation and tourism accommodation.They are a new type of tourism method that shifts rural tourism from agricultural picking tourism to rural cultural and natural resource experience tourism.They play an important role in protecting rural scenery and improving villagers’ living standards.The satisfaction of tourists with rural homestays directly affects their desire to stay again,and also affects the sustainable development of homestays.This article uses online comments and survey questionnaires to investigate the satisfaction of rural homestay tourists in Jizhou District,Tianjin.Analyzed the key factors affecting tourist satisfaction,summarized the existing problems,and proposed corresponding suggestions,aiming to provide reference for promoting its quality improvement and sustainable development.By collecting 1000 comments from local residents of 65 rural homestays in Jizhou on Ctrip from 2020 to 2022,and using ROST Content Mining software for content analysis,100 high-frequency words that tourists pay attention to homestays were summarized.The high-frequency words that appear from high to low are "room","boss","clean","environment","service","breakfast","children","enthusiasm","hygiene" Enthusiasm,etc.The semantic network map shows the layout of tourist comments with "room" as the main center,"clean" and "boss" as the sub center,"enthusiasm","facilities" There are many links between "environment" and central nodes.This indicates that tourist satisfaction factors not only include objective factors such as room facilities,but also subjective feelings such as services.The emotional analysis results show that positive emotions account for 92.26%,and tourists have a higher overall satisfaction with rural homestays in Jizhou.Based on the 17 factors that affect tourist satisfaction extracted from online comments and combined with the actual situation of tourists,a survey questionnaire is designed.Using SPSS software for reliability,validity analysis,factor analysis,etc.,the 17 factors of the tourist satisfaction index system were classified into 4 dimensions,namely homestay environment,homestay services,homestay experience,and homestay characteristics.The results show that tourists have the highest average satisfaction with homestay accommodation services in rural areas of Jizhou(4.27),followed by homestay environment(4.24)and homestay experience(3.99),and the lowest ranking is homestay characteristics(3.71).Among the 17 satisfaction factors,the top three most satisfactory are complaint service(4.45),safety(4.33),and internal environment(4.29),followed by expansion projects(2.95),room prices(3.87),and natural features(3.90).77.3% of respondents believe that their expectations for rural homestays in Jizhou are consistent with their actual living experience.This article analyzes and summarizes the factors that cause dissatisfaction among tourists through online comments and questionnaire surveys,and points out the main problems in the development of rural homestays in Jizhou,such as the lack of highquality facilities and equipment,unclear regional characteristics,single quality and type of dining products,short service period,lack of expansion projects,and weak brand influence.In response to the above issues,drawing on advanced experience at home and abroad,the following suggestions are proposed: providing high-quality room supplies,improving the intelligence level of room facilities,strengthening refined services,enriching catering options,and enhancing brand effect. |
