Research On The Development Strategy Of Rural Homestay In The Suburbs Of Hefei City Based On Online And Offline Data

As a tourism product that conforms to modern people’s demand for getting close to nature and experiencing rural life,rural homestays have won the favor of tourists and become one of the important industries that promote the rapid growth of rural tourism economy.Rural homestay is conducive to increasing farmers’ income and making use of idle rural resources,and is of great significance to stimulating rural vitality and implementing the rural revitalization strategy.At present,the rapid development of "Internet +" tourism mode has greatly changed the experience and consumption mode of tourists,and the popularity of online rural B&Bs booking platform has further promoted the development of rural B&Bs.Therefore,combining the online and offline tourist evaluation data,this thesis analyzes the development status of rural B&Bs and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,which has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the innovation and upgrading and high-quality development of rural B&Bs.This study takes rural B&Bs in the suburbs of Hefei City as the case study.Through literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and field investigation,relevant literature and materials,captured online review data,and offline tourist satisfaction questionnaire data are analyzed,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the travel websites Ctrip,Tongcheng,Feizhu and Qunar,the online review data were captured and analyzed by Octopus data collection and ROST.CM6.The results show that tourists pay most attention to the following parts of rural B&B experience in the suburbs of Hefei: Room pattern,overall environment,surrounding location,service attitude,supporting facilities,homestay prices,catering,transportation conditions.(2)The mean analysis of the questionnaire data of tourists’ satisfaction with rural B&Bs in the suburbs of Hefei city shows that: tourists are satisfied with the overall environment,surrounding configuration,service attitude,style design,overall feeling,room pattern,traffic conditions,family and friends gathering,and have a strong intention to stay again;On catering,price,supporting facilities are not satisfied with the attitude.(3)Based on the above research results,this study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural B&Bs in the suburbs of Hefei city: Continue to optimize the overall environment and create a strong rural B&Bs leisure experience atmosphere;Improve the internal supporting facilities,improve the guest room experience quality of rural B&Bs;Develop price strategy scientifically to improve the reputation of the market perception of rural homestay;Improve the catering conference service function,and enhance the comprehensive service capability of rural homestay tourism;Strengthen staff training,improve the service level and experience quality of rural B&Bs;Deep cultivation of online publicity and sales channels to expand the guest market of rural B&Bs.The conclusion of this study has a certain theoretical significance for enriching the development elements of rural B&Bs and the content of tourists’ satisfaction experience.The targeted countermeasures and suggestions put forward have practical significance for the development of rural B&Bs in the suburbs of Hefei city,which can be used for reference by relevant departments and rural B&Bs operators.
