With the development of economy in recent years,the competition of enterprises has become increasingly fierce competition,which from the scientific research and management to the current talent.Many enterprises have realized that we must establish the corresponding incentive countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,so as to improve employees satisfaction and retain talents.H company is a manufacturing enterprises of special CNC machine that include designing,production,assembly and debugging and so on.The resignation rate of mechanical engineer is very high.The leader want to improve the competitiveness and to establish the corresponding incentive countermeasures,which from the mechanical engineer job satisfaction to in-depth understanding of the practical needs of a mechanical engineer,and to improve the management of the company.In this paper,through interviews with some mechanical engineers in the H company,to understand the Job satisfaction of the job satisfaction.Questionnaire according to the interview results and the H enterprise's present situation,to conduct a investigation of all engineers in the H enterprises.Firstly,statistical data by SPSS statistical analysis software to analysis data statistical,and the next step to analysis factor and extract the common factor,the factor named by comprehensive analysis.It analyses out several specific dimensions that affect the job satisfaction of mechanical engineers.Secondly,it analyzes the problems and reasons of the job satisfaction of mechanical engineers from the common factor,study the specific reasons for the lack of H enterprise incentive power to affect the job satisfaction of Mechanical Engineers.In order to develop incentive measures,it analysis further the influence and reason of Individual factor on the job satisfaction.Thirdly,it based on the factors that influencing the job satisfaction of mechanical engineers and the present situation of incentive countermeasures of H enterprise,which establishing the corresponding incentive countermeasures,so as to improve the satisfaction of Mechanical Engineers and to solve the serious problem that the high resignation rate of mechanical engineer.
