With the rapid development of the economic, enterprises face more fierce competition. More and more companies realize that whether they can effectively motivate workers or not will affect the survival and development of them directly. Compensation affects enthusiasm and satisfaction of employees. As an important tool it has the function of attracting and retaining core workers and it is the key of employee motivation and HRM. The scientific compensation system, reasonable salary structure, marketing pay levels and comprehensive compensation incentive system will improve HRM level and help enterprises to gain competitive advantage and it also has a certain practical significance.Based on profound investigation and analysis, this paper is attempting to study the current situations and problems of remuneration motivation system in plant of Jinxi Petroleum & Chemical Cop. Starting from the importance and satisfaction of motivation elements , and combining with the specific requirement of each position, suggestions and corresponding solutions are given. Comprehensive compensation incentive system for Plant of Jinxi Cop is designed by the principles of fairness, competitiveness, diversification as well as combination of long-term motivators with short-term ones.The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter discuss the significance ,method and the background of the research, talks the innovation and weakness of the paper; chapter two is the basic of the paper , elaborating motivation and compensation theory related with the research ; part three gives brief introduction of Jinxi Petroleum &Chemical Cop ,analyzes and explores the current compensation incentive system through investigation; the fourth chapter discusses the target and principle of compensation incentive designing ,and then , makes target design on the basis of the importance and satisfaction of motivation elements; the last chapter is the evaluation of this newly designed system and provides supporting measures for the program.
