| Developing agriculture is the foundation of developing China into a strong modern socialist country.Meeting the people’s needs for a better life,achieving high-quality development,and consolidating the foundation of national security are all inseparable from agricultural development.With the implementation of our national food security strategy,fertilizer and other agricultural production means are valued.Compound fertilizer has become a key product for maintaining food security and promoting agricultural efficiency by virtue of its advantages of high efficiency,stability and rich nutrition,which directly promotes the rapid development of compound fertilizer industry.More and more market subjects enter into the industry of compound fertilizer,and the competition among enterprises is even fiercer.At the same time,with the gradual improvement of national safety and environmental protection requirements,the internal management of compound fertilizer enterprises is not perfect,which directly weakens the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,compound fertilizer enterprises need to improve the management mechanism and performance management system to promote their own healthy development.This paper takes Company A as an example.By introducing the balanced scorecard,the financial performance evaluation system is rebuilt for Company A,and the operation and development of Company A is comprehensively evaluated from the four aspects of finance,customers,internal process,learning and growth,and relevant safeguard measures are proposed.Specifically,this paper first introduces the basic situation of Company A,and then,by analyzing the current situation of Company A’s financial performance evaluation and conducting a questionnaire survey,it finds that the current performance evaluation method has shortcomings such as ignoring non-financial indicators,failing to reflect development strategies,lacking communication and feedback,and ignoring employees’ career development,and then proposes the necessity and feasibility of Company A’s introduction of balanced scorecard.Based on the above analysis,the strategy of Company A is decomposed into the balanced scorecard dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth,and corresponding indicators are designed.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of indicators,and the scoring and grading rules are set.Finally,this paper applies the newly constructed financial performance evaluation system to evaluate the financial performance of Company A,and finds that Company A has problems such as insufficient sales growth power and weak inventory management ability.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward suggestions such as coordinating the sales network and sales system,improving the inventory management system,etc.,and considers the organization,institution and information technology safeguard measures.The financial performance evaluation of Company A based on the balanced scorecard can not only help Company A understand its own financial performance to improve its business plan,but also promote other enterprises in the industry to improve their management mechanism to achieve high-quality development of the industry. |
