| With the development of the times,the enterprises urgently need the enrichment of talent and the continuity and stability of talent echelon construction.The special nature of state-owned construction enterprises makes the phenomenon of "iron barracks,flowing soldiers" become normality,the problem of talent drain and the fault line of talent echelon construction is very serious.How to retain talents and manage them well to ensure the improvement of cohesion and competitive advantage is a problem that enterprises urgently need to solve.Through this investigation and study on the talent drain of M Engineering Co.,Ltd.,the aim is to arouse the attention of state-owed construction enterprises to this problem.Based on the research of many domestic and foreign research results,through the investigation and research of the implementation of human resource management system in M Engineering Co.,Ltd.and the data of talent drain in recent four years,combined with the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the key problem leading to the brain drain of employees is that the company has no long-term planning in talent management,and does not pay attention to this problem,the main reasons include: lack of talent management model based on data analysis;unreasonable salary promotion system;unsound differentiated talent management model;lack of overall training planning and targeted training plan;failure to establish a sound career development plan for talent;lack of corporate culture construction.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of the company,this thesis puts forward relevant recommendations,including: the establishment of data analysis-based talent management model;“difference” instead of “standardized” management model;the establishment of “salary by post”compensation system and “internal competitive”promotion system;the implementation of talent career development planning;improve the internal training system;the creation of distinctive corporate culture,improve the level of human resource management in order to reduce brain drain from many aspects. |
