| Talent is an important resource for modern enterprises to participate in market competition and achieve their own development goals.Since entering the 21 st century,the economic development mode with globalization and the Internet as the main symbols has prevailed,and all kinds of high-quality talents have become more popular in the market.With the intensification of market competition and the emergence of various new business forms,enterprises pay more attention to the construction of core talent teams as an important means to stimulate the potential of internal human resources.Company X is a regional state-owned platform enterprise established for nearly 10 years and an important force for regional development and urban operation.Over the past 10 years,the company has extensively participated in infrastructure construction,resettlement housing construction,municipal construction and other aspects in the region,and cultivated a large number of management talents in a short time.Since 2019,company X has clearly defined the strategic direction of "invigorating enterprises through industry" and proposed to build a business system characterized by "urban operation + industrial construction",which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of the management talent team of company X.Based on the actual needs of X company,this paper takes the optimization and upgrading of the construction of X company’s management talent team as the research content,carefully studies and refers to the important literature on the theory of talent team construction at home and abroad,draws lessons from Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,competency iceberg model and other theoretical models,and comprehensively analyzes the current situation and problems of X company’s management talent team construction.Through the questionnaire survey,the crux of the construction of X company’s management talent team was found.Based on the summary of the survey problems,it is concluded that there are a series of problems in the construction of X company’s management talent team,such as unclear talent development planning,lack of talent selection standards,and inadequate talent inventory.Through analysis,it is found that the root of the problem lies in the lack of integration of talent team construction with enterprise strategy and weak organizational support.On this basis,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used.Aiming at the essence of the existing problems,with the goal of cultivating talents in key positions,systematic and specific suggestions are given from the aspects of talent planning,clarifying job qualifications,talent inventory,talent motivation,etc.,to build a management talent team building system for X company based on scientific theoretical models and actual needs.Through the above research,this paper has made a beneficial exploration for the platform type state-owned enterprises such as X company to apply the talent team building theory,provided reference and reference for the same type of enterprises to apply the theory,and provided another empirical case for enriching and perfecting the talent team building theory. |
