| Since Jack Welch succeeded in flat management of General Motors in the 1980 s,more and more enterprise managers have paid attention to the new management model of flat organization.Although the major enterprises in our country are also learning to apply this management model,it has not played a good role because of the unreasonable organizational structure and imperfect management system.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises to achieve sustainable development by analyzing the problems in the operation of flat management and proposing reasonable solutions.Taking Company B as an example,this paper designs the evaluation system model of Company B’s flat management by analyzing its organizational structure and the operation status of flat management,taking the application guidance of enterprise internal control and COSO framework theory as the theoretical basis,and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First,set up 1 target layer and 2 criteria layers for the model.The criteria layer sets up 4 first level indicators,and each first level indicator has 3 second level indicators;Secondly,the importance of each index is quantified by using the analytic hierarchy process.The questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the "excellent","good","medium" and "poor" comment sets,combined with the quantitative data of various indicators of Company B;Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of the principle of maximum subordination,the result of the flat management evaluation system of Company B is "medium",that is,the flat management operation effect is average.Through analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the operation of the company,such as the efficiency of organizational decision-making is not high enough,and the competence of personnel is insufficient.Therefore,this paper gives specific optimization measures for the flat management of Company B from the aspects of institutional setting,personnel management,rules and regulations construction. |
