At present,China’s real estate industry has gone from the original growth stage and the golden age,the real estate in the market opening sold out of the situation is rare,so the real estate companies are facing increasing pressure of sales and payment.The progress and control of real estate project is a problem that developers must pay attention to in the construction process.In the actual implementation of the H project developed and constructed by B real estate company,there is a problem that the construction period is relatively behind.Therefore,it is urgent for the H project management team of B real estate company to use a scientific schedule management and control method to ensure that the H project reaches the predetermined target on time.This article takes the H project of B Real Estate Company as an example,striving to implement the optimization of the project schedule management system on the basis of following the natural cycle,in order to achieve a fast and efficient method for schedule management and control of the H project.Firstly,based on a review of the research results on real estate project schedule management both domestically and internationally,the paper analyzes the characteristics,connotations,and main contents of the concept of project schedule management;Secondly,the current status of project schedule management for B Real Estate Company’s H project was introduced;Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,it was found that B Real Estate Company’s H project schedule management mainly faces the following problems:inaccurate project schedule estimation,poor implementation effect,mismatch between progress and quality,and a lack of management team.After a detailed analysis of these issues,it was found that the most important reasons for these problems are:lack of data accumulation for project schedule management,inadequate management mechanisms,insufficient coordination of project management goals,and insufficient professionalism of project schedule management talents;Finally,using the principles and measures of schedule management and control,a plan for the implementation of the H project schedule of Company B was planned and improved.Based on the analysis of existing problems and causes,corresponding solutions were proposed based on the following four aspects,including:improving the project schedule plan,improving project schedule control,optimizing project schedule management,and improving the talent mechanism for project schedule management.The analysis results of this paper will help B company to improve the level of project schedule management.By closely linking theory with practice,this paper establishes a scientific project schedule planning scheme,adopts the concept and measures of project schedule management,carries out the optimal design of the project schedule management scheme,and gives relevant supporting measures to promote the project completion on time,which has certain reference value for the project schedule management of B company.
