For nearly 30 years the development of the real estate industry in China is very quick, but in the integral form, the real estate still presents some disadvantages, such as slow and small scale development, chaotic management, low anti-risk ability deficiency, lack of strong competitiveness in the whole industry, therefore, in the implementation of the real estate industry application of project management theory has played a key role. In order to manage a real estate project well, it must decompose the project in some way, make a reasonable schedule, this is the core content of project management, it is also a big difficulty in the process of managing the project. Only in this way, can we ensure projects can be performed as scheduled by tracking the project actual progress and adjusting control scheme, which is directly related to the success of a project.Based on this, in combination with the actual situation of real estate enterprises in Chongqing, this paper studies the LBHCLJ real estate project planning and control of management, developing project management operational methods are given. Apply project management methods in Lanbo company development practice, has some reference value for other development project management practice, and it can be used as a guide to other project management practices.The full text is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, briefly elaborated the paper research background and research significance, this paper introduces the related research situation at present in this field at home and abroad, and explains the main research contents in this paper. The basic concept of the second part of the project schedule management are introduced in detail, from the principle of project progress plan to schedule, to the progress control and finally to the basic methods of schedule control, through the content of refining and statements, do the bedding for the following research, but also for progress management and control in the field of real estate made special instructions, elaboration and analysis of real estate enterprises met in the production process of all kinds of contradictions and real estate enterprises within the schedule planning and planning control system. The third part through the analysis of the specific conditions of LBHCLJ real estate projects, decision will be decomposed by the work breakdown structure method first, and then map network planning.
