In recent years,the proportion of elderly population in China has been increasing,and the country is approaching a moderately aged society.The aging population has brought about a crisis in elderly care.However,the aging trend has also fueled the "silver economy" and the demand for healthy aging,providing a huge consumer market for the elderly care industry,and giving rise to the development of smart elderly care.At the same time,the emergence of intelligent robots has provided an opportunity for the development of intelligent elderly care.The increasing number of empty-nest families resulting from the aging population and the one-child policy has highlighted the ability of intelligent robots in elderly care scenarios,accelerating the upgrade and evolution of smart elderly care.Currently,the smart elderly care industry is just beginning to emerge in China and is still in the early stages of market cultivation and product exploration.Beijing Youlan Robot Company has taken the lead in launching a comprehensive smart elderly care solution that combines elderly care robots with big data and Internet of Things(Io T)devices,aiming to solve the problems of single product offerings and insufficient intelligence in domestic smart elderly care products.However,due to the relatively new concept of elderly care robots,low market acceptance,vague product positioning,excessive reliance on traditional channels and markets,and heavy investment and financial pressures in research and development,the company faces multiple obstacles in marketing and promotion,and its sales performance falls far short of expectations.The current task is to redefine the product positioning and application scenarios,analyze and optimize the marketing strategy,broaden sales channels,increase revenue streams,and ensure the achievement of annual marketing goals through multiple guarantees.This article focuses on Beijing Youlan Robot Company as the research object,and analyzes the company’s current business situation,market and industry environment,and the problems in the marketing sector.As an innovative representative product in the cutting-edge technology field,smart elderly care robots will be analyzed from the perspectives of political,economic,social,and technological macro-industry environments and industrial policies.With the help of SWOT analysis,the strengths and weaknesses of the product will be analyzed and discussed to establish a sufficient theoretical foundation.In the practical implementation of marketing strategy optimization and upgrade,based on insights into the needs of the elderly care market,the target users and market positioning of smart elderly care robots will be defined using the STP theory.The functional characteristics of a lightweight version of the robot product will be clarified,along with the target market of home-based elderly care scenarios.By detailed analysis of the business model canvas,the existing core advantages of Youlan Company will be summarized,along with the relatively weak marketing sector.Combining the classic 4P marketing theory,multi-dimensional marketing strategy upgrades including product,price,distribution,and promotion systems will be implemented to consolidate core advantages,improve weak sectors,and build a customer-centric omni-channel marketing awareness and concept.The overall grasp of the macro marketing environment of the industry and region will be achieved,with significant strengthening in areas such as product functionality,online marketing,ecological cooperation,and sales channel expansion.This will solidify the company’s marketing channels and brand building,and multiple marketing strategies will drive the rapid breakthrough of Youlan Company’s smart elderly care robot products,enhancing revenue generation capabilities.Finally,with the implementation of overall organizational,technological,and management support measures,the strategy will be fully implemented.Through the optimization and upgrade of marketing strategies,the "last mile" of smart elderly care services will be bridged,and the company aims to seize the initiative in the smart elderly care robot industry,increase market share,and promote the vigorous development of the smart elderly care industry.
