Research On The Development Countermeasures Of The Combination Of Medical Care And Elderly Care In The Rural Areas Of Yueyang City

The aging of the population is an important trend in the economic and social development of our country and the basic national conditions of my country for many years to come.Since entering the new era,the party and the country have taken a series of political measures to deal with this national situation and solve its inherent problems.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the elderly care system is a fundamental project to secure people’s lives and improve life in the process of development.The combination of medical care and care for the elderly is an important measure of care for the elderly for an aging population,as well as a new vision for strengthening the system of care for the elderly.more conducive to creating a social environment of caring for the elderly,piety and respect for the elderly.guarantee of the rights of the elderly.Aging in rural areas of our country is more serious than in cities and towns,so improve the level of care for the elderly in rural areas and combine medical care and care for the elderly with reality.Rural areas are not only an effective way to bridge the gap between the city and the countryside.but also the only way to revitalize rural areas.Based on the combination of medical and elderly care services,this article takes the rural areas of Yueyang City as an example and proposes that rural health and elderly care services pay more attention to integration,efficient use of existing resources,and close relationship between healthcare institutions and medicine institutions for the care of the elderly material resources and human resources contribute to the development of rural health services and care for the elderly.Using the methods of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interviews,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current development status of rural medical and elderly care services in Yueyang City.Incomplete,rural medical and elderly care service talents need to be expanded urgently,the medical and elderly service insurance system is immature,and the rural medical and elderly care service environment still needs to be improved.The reasons for these problems are that policies are less one-sided and that the purchasing power of older people is insufficient;There is no capital investment and coordination between different departments is weak;wages are low and the social identity of the industry is weak;the scope of health insurance is stagnant,long-term care insurance is still at an experimental stage;Institutions have a weak sense of responsibility for safety and insufficient publicity for the combination of medical care and care for the elderly.According to the problems and causes,combined with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Public Choice Theory and Welfare Pluralism Theory,this paper proposes countermeasures to solve the dilemma of rural medical and elderly care services in Yueyang City.The construction of medical and health care and elderly care facilities,the cultivation of professionals in rural medical care and elderly care services,the improvement of the rural medical care and elderly care insurance system,and the optimization of the rural medical and elderly care combination environment.
