As an important part of transportation,urban rail transit has been developing rapidly in the past decade.In the face of the rapid development of the industry,the staffing problem has become more prominent,As a personnel intensive enterprise,it is extremely important to effectively reduce labor costs and improve operational service levels through scientific and refined personnel allocation.As the most cutting-edge service window in the subway industry,station staff account for a large proportion of operating companies’ personnel,so the allocation of station staff plays a crucial role in the company’s cost control process.As an operating unit of urban rail transit,NN Rail Transit has a higher personnel allocation compared to other urban rail transit and the average level of the domestic industry.Human resources have not been able to achieve maximum utility.In order to achieve the company’s cost control goal and promote high-quality development of the enterprise,personnel allocation issues urgently need to be optimized.This study combines the current development background of urban rail transit,takes NN rail transit station staff as the research object,and analyzes the staffing situation of NN rail transit station staff through a combination of literature review,in-depth interviews,questionnaires and data analysis,and combines the influencing factors of rail transit station staffing.Through conducting in-depth interviews and questionnaires,the reason why NN Rail Transit has a higher personnel allocation compared to other urban rail transit and the average level of the domestic industry are identified,including unreasonable station staffing mechanism,complicated station staff operation process,unreasonable station staff job process,lack of station staff job integration,lack of equipment wisdom,and unreasonable station structure,which lead to increased demand for NN rail transit station staffing.Combining these problems,this study corresponds to propose optimization strategies that meet the requirements of NN rail transit development,including optimizing station staffing mechanism,optimizing station staff operation process,optimizing station staff job process,strengthening station staff job integration,improving the degree of setting wisdom,and improving station structure layout.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of staffing optimization,avoid the risks associated with reduced staffing,corresponding safeguard measures have been proposed,including optimize employee compensation and welfare system,perfecting staff appraisal and management system,improving station personnel business ability,strengthen joint service and linkage capabilities,and strengthen safety supervision and management.This study helps NN rail transit to achieve the goal of labor cost suppression,slow down the economic pressure of enterprises and reduce financial subsidies,and also improve the business skills of employees to a certain extent,improve employee compensation and benefits,improve team cohesion and reduce staff turnover.At the same time,it provides several ideas and methods and feasible suggestions for station staffing of other urban rail transit enterprises,and has certain significance for the high-quality development of urban rail transit.
