In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the urban scale,China’s urban rail transit has sustained rapid development,both in terms of passenger volume and passenger transport intensity,China ranks among the best in the world.In this context,the development of urban rail transit is confronted with the biggest problem of human resources,specifically speaking,mainly the number of talents and ability is insufficient.On the one hand,in the next few years,the demand for operation talents of domestic urban rail transit enterprises will show a blowout growth;On the other hand,because rail transit companies have high requirements on hardware foundation when carrying out talent training,transportation colleges and vocational colleges are limited by the lack of practical training hardware facilities such as simulated operation and driving site,which makes it difficult to expand the enrollment quota according to market needs.Under the new situation,the establishment of an efficient human resources training system can enhance the comprehensive ability of employees and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,which has far-reaching positive significance for the development of enterprises and individuals.This paper takes the station service center of Ningbo Rail Transit Company as the object of analysis.On the basis of sorting out the status quo of relevant researches,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the optimization of the station staff training system of Ningbo Rail Transit Company by means of questionnaires,interviews and other methods.The main research content is divided into the following three parts:First of all,this paper introduces the current situation of Ningbo Rail Transit Company and the employee organization structure.Then,starting from the existing structure of station employees,it considers the age,educational background,professional title and other aspects of employees,and analyzes the problems existing in the current station staff training system of the company by using theories such as adult learning theory.Through analysis,it is found that the problems mainly exist in the following aspects: the training management system is not perfect,the training method is not innovative,the training instructor team is weak,the training course content is not effective,and the participants’ enthusiasm is not enough.Secondly,according to the problems of the enterprise and the reasons behind it,the training system was optimized from the aspects of system,mode,lecturer,course and evaluation,and the detailed measures suitable for the optimization of the training system for station staff of Ningbo Rail Transit Company were put forward,specifically as follows:Perfect the training system,improve the training method system,optimize the training instructor system,build the training course system,update the training evaluation system.Finally,on the basis of the above,the paper discusses the safeguard measures for the optimization of the training system of the station staff of Ningbo Rail Transit Company,and puts forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of ideology,system and mechanism,in order to support the implementation effect and root of the optimization of the training system of the station staff of the enterprise with multi-directional guarantee.This paper has certain enlightening significance and reference value for how to provide more and better management personnel,technical personnel and skill personnel by optimizing the training system when building new rail transit.
