In recent years,the logistics infrastructure has been increasingly perfect in the three northeastern provinces.The logistics industry is in a period of rapid development.However,the rapid development of logistics industry is faced with the problems of high transportation cost and lack of unified logistics network planning.Therefore,based on the theory of axial spoke,this paper studies the optimization of urban agglomeration logistics network in the three northeastern provinces to provide theoretical support for rational planning and layout of the regional logistics network.Firstly,this paper investigates the current situation of regional logistics development.Combined with the characteristics of regional logistics network,it analyzes the problems existing in the regional logistics network of the three northeastern provinces.Based on it,the evaluation index system of regional logistics development level is constructed,which contains4 criteria level and 19 evalution indexes.The combination weighting method is used to comprehensively evaluate 36 logistics node cities in the three northeast provinces.According to the calculated comprehensive evaluation value,the top ten node cities of comprehensive evaluation value are selected as alternative hub node cities.Then the system clustering method is used to cluster all logistics node cities in the region.Finally,the optimization model of regional logistics network is presented and genetic algorithm is used to solve it in the three northeastern provinces,and the optimized layout scheme of regional logistics network of the three northeastern provinces is obtained.According to the optimization results,the six cities including of Dalian,Shenyang,Harbin,Changchun,Qiqihar,Jilin,are selected as axial hub for regional logistics network nodes.The optimal regional logistics network got great improvement on the cost and the mode of transportation structure.The location of the selected six hub node cities is relatively reasonable,which can fully radiate the other node cities.The research results of this paper have practical guiding significance to promote the reasonable planning and layout of regional logistics network in the three provinces of northeast China and reduce the regional transportation cost.
