With the deployment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cointegration country's major development strategy,the coordinated development of the overall economy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has received extensive attention,but Hebei Province has lagged behind due to the constraints of its historical realities and other conditions.It is worth noting that one of the current positions of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development plan for Hebei Province is the modern trade and logistics base,which deeply reflects the important position of the logistics industry in the entire Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Therefore,based on the actual construction of the regional logistics network structure based on the logistics development level throughout the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the status and role of the cities of Hebei Province in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's logistics network,the development direction of the logistics industry,and even the entire Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region The logistics operation and collaboration are of great significance.First,this article elaborates the research background and significance.A brief summary of the development and application of regional logistics networks and shaft-spoke logistics network structures,describing concepts related to social network analysis methods and hypergraph theory,and laying a direction for the proposed construction system of hub-and-spoke logistics network structures based on the hypergraph theory.Theoretical basis.Secondly,the location entropy models and the modified logistics gravity model are used to evaluate the relationship between logistics gravity in the regional logistics network.Under the guidance of the social network analysis method,the regional logistics network with hypergraph structure is reconstructed according to the different levels of logistics gravitational relationship,and the radiation influence process between nodes is mathematically described based on the hyperpath combined with probabilistic behavior,and the radiation effect between the nodes is adopted.With the amount of radiation to determine the different levels of pivot points in the logistics network and their corresponding radiation points.The establishment of a hub-and-spoke logistics networks structure model based on the hypergraph theory is also the innovation of this article.Finally,combining the real data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's logistics industry development,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the construction method of axle-spoke logistics network based on hypergraph theory.Taking the logistics industry of Hebei province as a starting point and even the overall economic development as a starting point,it put forward rationalization proposals for the development road of 11 cities in Hebei Province under the background of the coordinated integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
