Under the background of China’s logistics industry upgrading and regional coordinated development, regional logistics has developed rapidly by collecting business flow, capital flow, information flow and technology flow, adjusting regional economic structure, optimizing industrial layout and improving regional competitiveness. As one of the first batch of urban agglomerations in Central China approved by the State Council, the construction of regional logistics infrastructure has been continuously improved, the scale has been continuously expanded, and the logistics service level has been continuously improved. However, there are still some problems such as high regional logistics transportation cost, low operation efficiency and unreasonable transportation structure,so the regional logistics network needs to be optimized.Through the joint action of hub and spoke, hub and spoke network can effectively integrate logistics resources, reduce operating costs and improve the operation efficiency of logistics network. Therefore, this paper applies the hub and spoke network theory to the optimization of logistics network of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration,in order to straighten out the spatial connection between logistics nodes of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration, improve regional logistics efficiency and promote the economic integration development of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration.Based on the summary of relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper studies the logistics network of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration with the support of regional logistics network and hub and spoke network theory.Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the logistics network of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration from two aspects: the overall current situation of the logistics network and the current situation of logistics infrastructure construction, and then puts forward the optimization ideas of the logistics network of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration from three aspects: the selection of logistics network optimization structure, transportation mode and optimization process,so as to pave the way for the further research below.Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of logistics nodes in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration is constructed from the four aspects of logistics demand, logistics supply, logistics industry scale and informatization level, and the principal component analysis method is used for comprehensive evaluation, from which the cities with the top ten comprehensive scores are selected as the collection of alternative hub nodes. Finally,by analyzing the relevant factors affecting the optimization of regional logistics network, this paper constructs the logistics network optimization model of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration, designs genetic algorithm to solve it,obtains and analyzes the optimized logistics network layout scheme of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. From the optimization results,Handan,Luoyang,Fuyang,Zhoukou,Heze and Xinxiang are the hub nodes of the logistics network of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. In the optimized logistics network, the distribution of six hub nodes is reasonable, and the radiation range can cover the whole Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. The total cost of the optimized regional logistics network is significantly lower than that before optimization. At the same time, the transportation route of the whole logistics network is more concise and the transportation mode is more reasonable. The research results of this paper have practical reference significance for Zhongyuan urban agglomeration to further optimize the logistics network layout and promote the integrated development of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration.
