With the increasing global problems and challenges,urban construction has put forward higher requirements for information development.The construction of smart city can precisely meet the public’s requirements for convenience,efficiency,comfort and safety,beautiful environment and happy life.Therefore,smart city has become a new development goal,and also the direction of efforts of major cities in future.By 2021,the number of smart city pilot projects in China has reached nearly 800.With strong policy impetus,smart city construction has been promoted in an orderly manner.However,the level of development and information varies greatly among cities.Therefore,based on the national standard of Smart City Evaluation Model and Basic Evaluation Index System,construct a set of smart city information evaluation index system to measure the information level of each smart city in China,it has very important practical significance to guide them to carry out the follow-up information work orderly.First,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research on smart city information,it also sorts out and summarizes relevant literature about the evaluation index system of smart city and urban information,as well as relevant literature of emerging smart city at home and abroad,expounds the concept and connotation of smart city and urban informatization,and clarifies the relationship between smart city and informatization construction.Secondly,based on the national standard "Smart City Evaluation Model and Basic Evaluation Index System",and combined with the internal relationship between smart city and information construction and the construction goal,construct a set of smart city informatization evaluation index system,which contains 6 first-level indicators and 35second-level indicators.Then,by analyzing the characteristics of the evaluation index system,establish an evaluation model of Entropy-CRITIC-Topsis,the Entropy-CRITIC combination weight method is chosen to assign the index weight,and the weight is applied to Topsis method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.Finally,select 15 emerging smart city research samples for empirical study.Based on the ranking results of the comprehensive evaluation,the paper makes a detailed analysis,focusing on the backward informatization level of smart cities in northeast China,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,it also provides some reference for the development of other smart city informatization construction. |
