With the new economic normality,the rigid constraints on transportation development resources have been further aggravated,and the awareness of transportation efficiency and environmental protection has become stronger.The current contradictions in efficiency,safety,and environmental protection in the transportation sector have become increasingly prominent,especially in large areas.Urban traffic congestion and exhaust emissions have caused non-negligible external costs.Since the implementation of the smart city pilot project in 2012,290 cities have been practicing smart,and smart transportation is the key development of smart cities in the transportation sector.Smart traffic evaluation is an important component of smart traffic construction,which is conducive to feedback on the construction of smart transportation and the breakthrough construction of important indicators that affect the construction of smart transportation.Smart traffic is the advanced stage of urban traffic development,which determines the characteristics of the development of smart transportation with low-level features.Therefore,in the screening of indicators,this paper comprehensively considers green traffic,safe traffic,intelligent traffic,and smart transportation.The indexes in the evaluation index system are referenced at the same time and with reference to some indices related to the traffic field in the evaluation index system of smart cities at home and abroad,a smart traffic evaluation index system based on the DPSIR model is constructed,and the reliability test of the index system is performed with SPSS.Make sure its evaluation results are credible.Entropy weight method is used to weight the indicators and give full play to the objectivity of the data.With MATLAB,the original data is standardized and weighted,and finally there are five quasi-measurement layers,fourteen element layers,and twenty-seven.The indicators of the smart traffic evaluation index system.This paper uses DPSIR model to classify indicators,which can better analyze the direct causality of each index in the process of construction of intelligent transportation.The calculation of weight by entropy method can fully guarantee the objectivity of index weight,and it can be calculated by using TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation.The degree of closeness of smart transportation combined with the set evaluation criteria determines the level of wisdom in current smart transportation development.This article takes Guiyang City as the research object to carry out the evaluation of smart traffic,and draws the development level of smart transportation between 2012 and 2016.It is proposed that the smart transportation in Guiyang City should proceed from the four aspects of “promoting the level of infrastructure informatization,strengthening the capacity of public transport services,establishing a transportation informatization system,and improving the traffic management system”.This paper uses DPSIR model,entropy weight weight calculation and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method to construct a smart traffic assessment model,and takes Guiyang City as an example to conduct empirical research.The research method is innovative and it is also an evaluation of existing smart transportation.Indicators of change and innovation.
