Research On The Impact Of Digital Transformation On Green Total Factor Productivity Of Qnterprises

In the context of China’s pursuit of high-quality development,the manufacturing industry must take into account both economic and environmental benefits in the process of development.The development mode of manufacturing enterprises with high energy consumption,high pollution and high emissions needs to be changed urgently,and green transformation is imminent.The improvement of green total factor productivity(Gtfp)is the embodiment of green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.Since the 21 st century,the digital economy represented by big data and the Internet of things has gradually penetrated into various industries,causing a digital revolution,and manufacturing enterprises have gradually realized the importance of digital technology.Digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for manufacturing enterprises.Through digital transformation,enterprises can optimize the allocation of enterprise resources,more efficient production and management,and realize the green transformation of the production process.It brings new impetus to the development of manufacturing enterprises.This plays a very important role in the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,to explore the relationship between the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and Gtfp is of great significance to promote the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises and achieve high-quality economic development.Based on this,this paper studies the relationship between digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and Gtfp.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and Gtfp,and combs the literature research related to digital transformation and Gtfp at home and abroad.in the carding process,the connotation of digital transformation and Gtfp is defined.Secondly,it discusses the mechanism of digital level on the improvement of Gtfp of enterprises,and obtains the action path of digital transformation on Gtfp,which lays the foundation for empirical research.Finally,based on the super-efficiency SBM and GML index,the Gtfp of manufacturing enterprises from 2009 to 2020 is calculated,and the influence of digital transformation on Gtfp of manufacturing enterprises is studied by layer by layer: first,the fixed effect model is used to study the influence of digital level of manufacturing enterprises on Gtfp,and tool variables and PSM methods are used to test the robustness of the results.Second,the intermediary effect model is used to study the path of digital level to improve enterprise Gtfp;third,the regulatory effect model is used to test the regulatory effect of the level of regional marketization and the development level of digital economy on the effect of digital transformation on Gtfp.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the Gtfp of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is rising as a whole,but there are differences among different industries.(2)Digital transformation can significantly promote the improvement of Gtfp of enterprises,and the promotion effect of digital transformation on enterprises in the eastern region,state-owned enterprises and enterprises in areas with higher environmental uncertainty is more significant.(3)the empirical test of intermediary effect shows that the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises can alleviate the degree of financing constraints,enhance the ability of green technology innovation and improve the quality of internal control,thus promoting the improvement of Gtfp.(4)the level of marketization in the region where the enterprise is located and the development level of digital economy positively adjust the process of digital transformation to promote the improvement of Gtfp.Around the above conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the government and enterprises respectively.As far as the government is concerned,first of all,we should strengthen the construction of regional digital economy,improve the level of regional marketization,and create a good external environment for the digital transformation of enterprises and the improvement of Gtfp;secondly,actively formulate relevant policies and measures to provide policy support for the digital construction of enterprises;finally,promote the digital transformation of local enterprises according to local conditions.For enterprises,first of all,we should fully realize the importance of digital technology and vigorously promote the process of digital transformation;secondly,we should strengthen the construction of internal and external digital platforms,realize the transformation and migration of enterprise information systems to online platforms,and give full play to the advantages of digital technology;finally,enterprises should put digital technology through the production practice process of manufacturing industry and transition to intelligent production mode.
