Research On Evaluation Of Digital Transformation Effect Of Manufacturing Enterprises

With the rapid development of digital economy,digital transformation has become one of the important channels for manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competitive advantages.At present,scholars around the world have studied and explored the digital transformation evaluation of manufacturing enterprises in different dimensions,and achieved good research results,including maturity evaluation,performance evaluation,capability evaluation,etc.However,there are few researches on the effect evaluation of manufacturing enterprises’ digital transformation.Therefore,this thesis believes that efforts should be made to construct the evaluation index system of digital transformation effect of manufacturing enterprises,so as to provide powerful decision support for the effective implementation of digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises.Based on the above research background,with the help of grounded theory and multi-case analysis method,this thesis takes the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises as the research object,analyzes and constructs the evaluation index system of the digital transformation effect of manufacturing enterprises.The main research ideas are as follows: First,based on the literature review at home and abroad,the author combs and analyzes the concepts,influencing factors,evaluation indicators and other related concepts and research status of digital transformation.Secondly,the related concepts of digital transformation effect evaluation are defined.The research category of grounded theory is analyzed and the applicability of this method to this thesis is demonstrated.At the same time,the research process of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is elaborated.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of digital transformation effect of manufacturing enterprises is constructed based on the grounded theory.Through multi-case analysis,open coding,spindle coding and selective coding are compiled,and the evaluation index system of digital transformation effect of manufacturing enterprises is finally constructed through theoretical saturation test.At the same time,using fuzzy mathematics theory and Yaahp software to conduct AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis,and then get the weight value of each index in the index system and the grade of effect evaluation.Then,the specific manufacturing enterprises are selected for empirical study,the digital transformation effect is comprehensively evaluated,the sample evaluation results are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the digital transformation effect are given.Finally,this thesis summarizes the research,points out the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of future research.This thesis further enriched and improved the evaluation of the effect of digital transformation.In the process of index construction,the corresponding three-level index factors were taken into account,which is conducive to the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of digital transformation,and the corresponding model test of specific enterprises,providing a certain value reference for the future study of the evaluation of the effect of digital transformation.
