Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Traceability System Construction Of Food Production Enterprises In Liuyang Economic Development Zone

With the development of country’s economy and the improvement of the quality of life of residents,the demand for food has changed from the demand for quantity to the quality and safety.However,with the increasing policy supervision of food safety,there are still many food safety incidents,especially the safety problems in the process of food production and processing.Based on the food production enterprises in Liuyang Economic Development Zone,this paper attempts to use text analysis,interview,comparative analysis,and questionnaire survey to study the current situation,influencing factors,existing problems and perfect countermeasures of the traceability system of food production enterprises in the area.The status quo study found that the construction rate,consumer awareness and willingness to pay of the food traceability system in this area are currently at a low level.Then,from the two aspects of enterprise internal factors and external factors,the investigation and research on the influencing factors of the traceability system construction of 106 food production enterprises were carried out in Liuyang Economic Development Zone.The operation status of the company and the expected price of traceable food can promote the establishment of a food traceability system to a certain extent,while the age of the person in charge and the system construction budget are negatively correlated with the willingness to build.In the meantime,the system depends more on the government’s policy support and technical guidance.At the same time,this paper takes Company A,which has a relatively complete traceability system construction in this area as an example,to analyze the preliminary preparation,demand analysis,framework design and operation application of the enterprise to build a food traceability system,and to discuss the implementation of the traceability system.Finally,on the basis of above investigation and research results,it is concluded that the factors hindering the construction of the trace...
