Research On The Satisfaction Of Migrant Workers In Shimen County’s Home Entrepreneurship Policy

The government’s support for returning migrant workers to start their own businesses is conducive to promoting employment,increasing income and opening up a new situation of coordinated development of agricultural modernization,urbanization and new rural construction.Based on the push-pull theory,hierarchy of needs theory and entrepreneurial motivation theory,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey,regression model and other methods to study the satisfaction of returning migrant workers in Shimen county with entrepreneurial support policies and its influencing factors.The results of logistic regression analysis show that the six factors of migrant workers’ families’ distance from cities and towns,their awareness of policies,their satisfaction with entrepreneurial tracking services,their satisfaction with entrepreneurial land policy,their satisfaction with entrepreneurial government’s financial support and their satisfaction with entrepreneurial-related tax policies are significantly positively correlated with the overall satisfaction of migrant workers’ home-based entrepreneurial policies.However,descriptive statistics show that 55% of migrant workers do not know enough about policies.With regard to the specific assistance measures of returning home entrepreneurship policy,73%,65%,64% and 74% of the total sample of migrant workers are not satisfied with entrepreneurship tracking service,entrepreneurship land policy,government financial support and entrepreneurship-related tax policies,respectively.In order to improve migrant workers’ satisfaction with the policy of returning home to start a business,and further promote and support migrant workers’ returning home to start a business,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the policy of returning home to start a business in Shimen County and its specific measures.
