The Research On The Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurship Intention Of Returning Migrant Workers In Hengyang County,Hunan Province

On January 20,2020,19 departments and units including the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the"Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of Entrepreneurship in Returning to Hometowns",proposing to further improve the institutional mechanisms,enhance the ability of entrepreneurship to drive employment,and promote the high-quality development of entrepreneurship in returning to hometowns.It is in this context that the support policies for returning migrant workers in various regions are constantly strengthening,prompting a large number of migrant workers to step out of their work positions and return to their hometown to plan for entrepreneurship.This article takes the returning migrant workers in Hengyang County as an example to explore the main influencing factors and interaction mechanisms of their entrepreneurial willingness,in order to provide scientific basis for taking various measures to actively promote the entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers in the future.On the basis of reviewing the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of entrepreneurship among returning migrant workers,this article integrates the relevant research results of numerous scholars,and based on the actual situation of returning migrant workers in Hengyang County,identifies the key factors that affect their entrepreneurial willingness.We have established a research model that focuses on internal and external factors,and obtained relevant data through questionnaire surveys.We have conducted quantitative analysis and tested the theoretical hypotheses.Through literature research,empirical results of models,and analysis of survey data,corresponding conclusions have been drawn and policy measures have been proposed.I hope to improve the entrepreneurial environment in Hengyang County,promote the development of returning migrant workers,and assist in rural revitalization and construction.The research conclusion of this article is as follows:The entrepreneurial willingness of returning migrant workers in Hengyang County is influenced by both internal and external factors.Among the internal factors,psychological quality,marital status,individual characteristics(business operation ability),educational level,individual characteristics(identification of entrepreneurial opportunities),individual characteristics(ability to obtain interpersonal relationships),individual characteristics(learning and innovation ability),individual characteristics(resource integration ability),and individual characteristics(entrepreneurial knowledge)significantly affect the entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers in Hengyang County;Gender has a negative but not significant impact on the entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers.Among external factors,the level of local economic development,policy support,capital support,and social and cultural environment significantly affect the entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers in Hengyang County.In terms of promoting the entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning to their hometowns in Hengyang County,the first is to optimize regional economic development;Secondly,we need to strengthen policy interpretation and publicity;Thirdly,establish a guarantee system for entrepreneurship;Finally,we need to cultivate the entrepreneurial ability and quality of returning migrant workers.
