Analysis Of Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Grain And Agriculture Income In Hunan Province In The New Stage

Now China’s economic development has entered a new stage.At the present stage,the principal contradiction in Chinese society has been transformed into " the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life." With the rise of per capita income level,food and agriculture should not only rely on incremental prices,but also should improve products,give food and agriculture production protection,to ensure food security to promote to increase income.Un an province is located in central China,and is one of the main producing areas of grain in China.The research object of this paper is--Grain Agriculture,the absolute subject of grain production,which comprehensively summarizes the influencing factors affecting the grain agriculture income of Hunan Province and proposes countermeasures with important reference significance for the improvement of the grain agriculture income of other major grain producing areas.This article is divided into six parts:On the basis of relevant concepts and basic theories,this paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural income through the household factors,policy factors,natural factors,land management factors,agricultural technical factors and market factors to analyze the factors and provides some references for other major grain areas in China.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)the overall income structure of grain and agriculture in Hunan province is unreasonable,the proportion of wage income in total income is too high,while the transfer income and property income are too low,which reflects that the mismatch between grain planting income and labor intensity in Hunan province has not been well solved.(2)There are regional differences in food and agricultural income in Hunan Province,and the overall grain and agricultural income in Hunan Province has a fault,and the gap in grain and agricultural income between regions is becoming more and more obvious.(3)The scale of grain and agricultural operation in Hunan Province is generally small,and the problem of land fragmentation has also not been solved.(4)Among the factors affecting the grain and agricultural income in Hunan Province,natural factors are the basic factors,while farmers themselves play a decisive role,while land management factors are the key factors.Of course,there are also a series of adverse factors,such as low yield productivity inefficient;the overall age of grain and agriculture is not conducive to the rise of income.(5)Among the factors affecting grain and agricultural income in Hunan Province,the key factors of farmer income are family characteristics,land management characteristics,development of agricultural production technology and family property characteristics;labor intensity factors are excluded.Among them,family characteristics and land management characteristics show a significant effect on food and agricultural income.(6)Through the following countermeasures: improve the quality of agricultural labor in Hunan province;promote the organization of grain planting;improve the popularization of mechanization in Hunan Province;improve water conservancy infrastructure construction;promote the construction of agricultural financial service system;smooth rural labor return channels;increase the promotion of rural policy insurance;increase the proportion of government subsidy funds for food production.
