Study On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Farmers’ Income In Hunan Province

Solving the problem of farmers’ income is the basic starting point and end result of "three rural issues".With the development of economy,the income level of farmers in Hunan provice is also developing steadily.However,there are a series of problems,such as the widening of the gap between rural and urban areas,and significant differences from the developed provinces.Based on the background above,the paper analyzes the status quo and variation of 2005-2014 in Hunan province farmer income quantity and structure,explores the rural residents income source and structure changes,deeply analyzes the impact factors of farmers’ income in Hunan province.The paper also analyzes how the investment in fixed assets affect rural per capita disposable income of farmers by using SPSS software.Using the VAR model cointegration and dynamic pulse testing analysis method,the impacts of Hunan province fiscal expenditure,the level of urbanization and human capital factors on the income of the farmers are analyzed.According to the analysis,the factors that influence the growth of farmers’income is complicated,the growth of farmers’ income is the result of many factors,the increase of farmers’ income can not be regarded as a contributing factors that need to be considered.At the same time,according to GDP growth,rural investment in fixed assets,fiscal expenditure,the level of urbanization and human capital on the mechanism and influence the growth of farmers’ income in Hunan province,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of farmers’ income growth in Hunan province.
