With the aging society and the acceleration of urbanization,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the release of the demand for medical security,the commercial health insurance sector has a huge market potential.The gap between the development quality of China’s insurance industry and that of developed countries is gradually narrowing.The growth rate of new business value,return on assets,capital adequacy ratio and other indicators of some large insurance companies have reached or even exceeded the level of European and American countries.Insurance companies,insurance markets and insurance regulation are gradually maturing,and the insurance market will still be in the stage of medium-high development for a long time.China will become the world’s largest incremental insurance market,and high-quality development will become the inherent requirement of China’s insurance industry.H Insurance Company is a large listed life insurance enterprise.Its Henan branch is a provincial branch established in 2002.After 20 years of steady development,H Insurance Company plays a pivotal role in the life insurance industry in Henan province.This paper takes Henan Branch of H Insurance Company as the research object,conducts scientific research through literature research method,theoretical analysis method and statistical analysis method,and utilizes PEST,Porter’s Five forces analysis method,SWOT analysis model and other tools to deeply analyze the current internal and external environment of Henan Branch of H Insurance Company,as well as the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats it faces.On the premise of this comprehensive analysis,the development strategy of Henan Branch of H Insurance Company is established.The implementation of its development strategy mainly focuses on the company-level strategy and the business-level strategy.The company-level strategy is elaborated from four aspects:customer-centered improvement of service quality,product-oriented continuous innovation,people-centered improvement of quality,and technology-supported improvement of service efficiency.Business level strategy is elaborated from four aspects: marketing model differentiation,product configuration differentiation,service quality differentiation and brand image differentiation,and provides four aspects of safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.Combined with the complex development environment,H Insurance Henan Branch carries out a comprehensive strategic development analysis,points out the development direction of the enterprise,promotes the high-quality development of the company,and provides new exploration for the healthy and high-quality development of the insurance industry.
