| As an important part of China’s modern agriculture,tea industry is also an important cash crop and an advantageous export agricultural product that earns foreign exchange in China.At present,the tea industry has serious overcapacity,and the tea export market is facing technical barriers,and tea pesticide residues have become a problem that more and more countries pay attention to.The improvement of tea export quality is not only a necessary choice to meet the demand for domestic production capacity to release the outside world,but also a feasible way to alleviate the impact of technical barriers and tariff barriers from traditional export markets.How to improve the quality of tea exports to make China’s tea industry trade achieve sustainable and high-quality development.As a sector specializing in providing agricultural services,agricultural productive services play an important role in China’s agricultural production and development.The state has issued a policy on accelerating the development of agricultural productive services,and there is also the possibility of improving the quality of tea exports through technology,education,division of labor and expanding the scale of operation.Starting from agricultural productive services,this paper deeply explores the direct effect of agricultural productive services on tea export quality and the influence mechanism of agricultural productive services on tea export quality through total factor productivity of tea industry through theoretical analysis and empirical testing,and provides some ideas and suggestions for the improvement of tea export quality in China.Based on relevant literature,this paper analyzes in detail the influence mechanism of total factor productivity of agricultural productive services and tea industry on tea export quality,and constructs an econometric empirical model on the basis of mechanism analysis.At the same time,panel data from 17 provinces and cities from2005 to 2021 were used to conduct sample regression analysis,and tea area heterogeneity and tea heterogeneity tests were carried out.In addition,the robustness test and mechanism test are also carried out,and the following conclusion is concluded according to the empirical analysis: agricultural productive services have a significant promoting effect on the quality of tea exports,and this conclusion is still valid after the robustness test,and with the improvement of tea export quality,the promotion effect of agricultural productive services on tea export quality is significantly reduced.In the test of tea area heterogeneity,agricultural productive services had a significant positive impact on the quality of tea exports in Southwest China Tea Area and Jiangbei Tea Area,while the promotion effect of Jiangnan Tea Area and South China Tea Area was not obvious.In the tea heterogeneity test,agricultural productive services had the greatest effect on the export quality of green tea,and the least promotion effect on flower tea.Finally,the mechanism test results show that agricultural productive services can not only directly promote the quality of tea export,but also indirectly promote the quality of tea export through the total factor productivity of the tea industry.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the quality of tea exports from the two aspects of agricultural productive services and total factor productivity of tea industry.First,improve the diversity of agricultural productive service supply methods,actively promote the high integration of agricultural productive services and the tea industry production chain,improve the structure and mode of agricultural productive services,and realize the upgrading of tea export quality.Second,strengthen government planning and guidance,realize the sharing of tea production and processing technology and the enhancement of scientific and technological research and development,improve the total factor productivity of the tea industry,and achieve high-quality growth in tea trade. |
